Buen hotel atrás del centro comercial
Cómo todos los Hilton garden limpio agusto, atrás del centro comercial se puede acceder por el a la calle principal, pero tuvimos en incidente ese día llegamos de un vuelo de Houston y estábamos cansados nos fuimos a dormir pronto y en plena madrugada alguien entro a nuestra habitación(eran otros huéspedes) parece que les dieron nuestra habitación y se sorprendieron igual que nosotros despertamos pero era tanto el cansancio que no reaccionamos y cerraron se disculparon y se fueron, ya en la mañana fui a recepción y les dije lo único fue no cobrarme los cargos del resort, fue un mal momento fuera de eso bien*.

BUEN HOTEL PARKING CARO
Hotel en buenas condiciones, agradable, buena habitación y baño, todo bien aseado, cafetera con dotación todos los días. Lo único es que como en la mayoría de los hoteles acá, hay que pagar parqueadero MUY COSTOSO (USD$55) con valet parking.

The pillows were absolutely horrible. The tv kept going to a blank black screen, you could hear it but not see it. The air conditioner is small and does not throw out enough cool air considering the hot weather outside. The pool is more like a big bathtub rather than a pool. You’d think for being a Hilton it would have “Hilton” quality standards. The staff was exceptional and very nice.

It’s a decent hotel except for the room is small. The facilities are older. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel room so we think the price is reasonably compared to other high-end hotels in the same neighborhood.

I liked that you were able to get a pass the day you checked out to still be able to use the pool while we waited there because we had a later flight.

We loved that it was across the street from the International Market Place where there are great dining options and free Hawaiian entertainment. The hotel staff were super friendly & helpful. We highly recommend it.
