Definitivamente no se hospeden aquí.
Aunque la reservación era para 4 personas siempre nos dejaron solo 3 toallas, aunque le hice saber la situación a front desk y me dijeron que lo resolverían, jamás lo hicieron. Por si esto fuera poco las bartender de la v47 de los 3 primeros días fueron sumamente groseras, aventaban las bebidas y no tenían buena actitud y el menú se repetía cada 3 días así que terminamos por aburrirnos. Por si fuera poco el cobran por el internet y por el el estacionamiento y es carísimo.

Outrigger is spending $80 million dollars for this renovation, which will be completed in the next couple of months. All the rooms have been completed this past year and the lobby is 80% completed. When we checked in, we were recognized that we’ve stayed at Outrigger before. That was very nice. Gentleman who checked us in was so personable and friendly. The housekeeper was the sweetest lady. Every time she saw us she always greeted us and to always ask if we needed anything. All the employees at Outrigger were all friendly.

This hotel and its staff are absolutely exceptional!! Frank at the front desk made us feel so comfortable and almost like family. They have a special way of making you feel like you’re the only guest in the resort. What a fantastic experience! The hotel is right on the beach, close to all of the shops and restaurants. It’s paradise!

This is my 1st time & staff were VERY friendly & helpful. Property was very clean and maintained. It's just smaller than I'm used to with less amenities, like business room for working/meetings and just one pool.

4th time stay at this property, location is convenient. The only annoyance this time was the constant humming sound coming from some electrical eqpmnt or running motor outside, not sure? Our room was on the 3rd floor by the pool side. Couldn't sleep well because of it.

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. We arrived from a cruise at 9 am and were able to access our room on arrival. An extended stay room on the same floor was also arranged for us as our flight wasn’t departing until 10 pm. Both accommodations were very much appreciated.

ホテルのエントランスが清潔感あり、開放的でリゾート感があり、とても素敵でした。水筒のサービスとお水がくめるサービスもよかったです🌟娘が誕生日月だったのをパスポートを見て察知してくれて、バースデーカードとクッキーのプレゼントをくれて、大喜びでした^_^

This is our third time staying here and we absolutely love it. Location couldn't be any more perfect. It's walking distance to everything but still in a more secluded area. Staff is always friendly and helpful and everything is very clean.
