El check in un señor mayor muy agradable y la señorita Emily de frontera desk los demás poco amables y hasta inosoportables , no nos hicieron el cuarto , y nos cargaron 50 dólares diarios por servicios que ni usamos , ni pedimos y nos dijeron que era opcional !! Tanto el lobby como los Baños y pasillos muy sucios , hay que esperar más o menos 15 minutos el elevador !! Pedimos un late check out , pagando y no hubo modo , ya después dijeron que si pagábamos cerca de 500 dólares y sería otra habitación ! Para que le somos fieles a Marriot , la calidad de las bebidas , muy mala y hay que pagar casi 80 dólares por un desayuno asqueroso ! Ni volveremos

Muy amables al recibirte muchas gracias carolina en front desk y a Eloy muy buenas gentes muy amables lo que no me gusto es que hay poco lugar donde estacionamiento y para gente descapacitados muy poca lugar y el precio creo es alto 50 dólares por día aun siendo cliente pero fuera de eso todo muy bien gracias carolina

Es un hotel con un personal pésimo, la atención al cliente es muy mala. Se nos cancelo la reserva unilateralmente, y el personal de atención al cliente es confrontativo, irrespetuosos, y no ofrece soluciones La experiencia en este hotel que sobrevenido las habitaciones fue pésima. No lo recomiendo. Expedia no debería tenerlo entre las opciones. Al cancelar la reserva no avisaron previo, y simplemente acomodan en el hotel que mejor les parezca. Sin tomar parecer al huésped. De verdad este hotel no lo recomiendo. Hizo mi viaje a Hawái una experiencia lara olvidar

Muchas personas durmiendo en las calles de alrededor del hotel. Personal del hotel poco amable. Me senti inseguro y trizte al ver tanta pobreza y necesidad humana. Honolulo no resulto ser el paraiso q pense. Perdi mi tiempo y dinero.

El hotel esta bien pero no volvería
El hotel está en buen estado, es mi primer viaje a Hawaii, nos gusta mucho la playa y por eso elegimos hoteles sobre la línea de playa, sin embargo, el hotel estaba frente al mar y la playa era súper concurrida. Po otra parte elegimos una habitación con vista a la ciudad que resultó muy ruidosa porque daba a la piscina del hotel y a la calle, cuando llame para hablar sobre esto me dijeron que era “porque había elegido un cuarto con vista a la ciudad”…es la primera vez que me ocurre algo así porque, generalmente, todos los hoteles cuentan con vidrios que anulan el sonido. Por lo demás el hotel está bien, en buenas condiciones.

Great hotel if you get the right room. You have to be very specific with reservations, i had to do the upgrade twice in order to get the room I intended to get. The room we had was perfection - spacious, very quit at night, amazing view. But again, had to do 2 upgrades to get the right room.

Pretty busy area. Kind of noisy. A lot of homeless. Other than that great location. Close to the beach. A lot of good restaurants nearby. A lot of tours have pickup locations near the hotel.

Great location. Stayed before and will stay again. Breakfast buffet is quite a spread. Great views from the upper floors. Beach is across the road. Try it.

Note excellent pour cet hotel toujours à la hauteur, chambre superbe, on en a pour notre argent, vue sur la mer, boutique à proximité ainsi qu’au rdc de l’hotel, restaurant steak house ouffff, tellement bon, que des notes positives pour cet emplacement

Resort was cute and right across the street from the beach. Very convenient location tons of dining and shopping options. The only downside is the resort fees and security deposit was outrageous. They offer limited activities to justify the resort fee and we were only able to attend one of the activities during our week there. The conference room it was in was hot everyone was sweating and there wasn’t enough seating for everyone. Overall it was a great location and the room itself is nice but the resort fees and security deposit amount was too extreme.

This property was beautiful and the staff was amazing!! They offer free classes on certain days like lei making and ukulele which was so fun! The beach was right outside the hotel and there were plenty of shops within walking distance. Will definitely book again!!!

The room did not meet my expectations, I had to change and they charged me, Parking was too expensive, there was no breakfast service in my package, I paid too much money for a seat on the plane so this package was too expensive

This is a large resort property consisting of two large towers with distinctively different common area styles. One tower is ocean front with the other having ocean views. I thought I selected the ocean front tower when booking but upon arrival I was being told I would have a partial ocean view therefore I paid for an upgrade at the property to ocean front and did not regret it. This upgrade pushed the overall room cost equal to costs at elevated properties that I did not consider when planning the vacation. I feel that my booking was for the ocean front tower but did not have away to provide proof so be sure document that prior to departure. For families, I cannot not think of a more perfect property. Walking distance to both the zoo and aquarium. The beach is across the street and the hotel provides chairs, towels, boogie boards and bicycles with the daily resort fee.The access to the beach which has umbrella and paddle/surfboard rentals is convenient. We did not travel as a family but I recognize the benefits. The only regret is the additional cost without earning Marriot points for the six nights.

1st in Hawaii and the Marriott was an amazing place to spend our time here. Luau was beautiful. Views from our room was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay

There were only a couple of things I didn't like. 1. When we checked in there was no one at the counter for regular check in. So it took a little bit. 2. Every day I had a message for the free gift and to come down and talk to the guy to get it. I did it, did not like the up-sale and did not like that I continued to get a message every day. 3. Lady at the concierge was rude. She was on the phone every time I approached. Someone needs to let her know she can at least look up and acknowledge you with a smile, even when she is on the phone. Because we were not acknowledged after several minutes, we left. 4. Everyone else was nice. Our maid service was wonderful.

I really enjoyed everything about this hotel, the only thing I thought it was overpriced was the the valet parking or self parking it was almost the same in price. Be prepared to pay a lot for it

The woman at the “welcome desk” was very rude. I asked her the name of the street in front of the building and she told me I would have to ask my questions at the concierge. She was not helping anyone and there was not reason to be so rude with me. Very unhelpful for a hotel welcome desk employee. The checkin staff was very pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay. We got the junior family suite, and it was great to have each pre-teen in their own bed and 2 bathrooms. A microwave and kettle would have been really nice, but otherwise the room suited us well. The hotel was lively, and we enjoyed the access to activities and beach equipment. Waikiki is so walkable, we didnt need a car. Really great visit.
