“Very nice place and a hostess who's about as helpful and nice as they come. We stayed for 2 weeks. Found it a bit cramped for 2 adults and 2 cocker spaniels for that extended period. We knew it was small to beigin with so that's our fault. It would've been fine for shorter periods. Cabin and grounds were immaculate. We could've eaten off the floor. Great boat docking space. “Would consider staying there again, but would first consider other alternatives. Pros - lots of room, 3 bedrooms, nice back porch, nice kitchen. Cons - showers bad, no pressure, hot water barely warm, towels well used, living room large, but only 2 chairs, no couch for family viewing of tv, little amenities like facial tissues would have been nice. “The space was cheerful, clean and comfortable. The unit has such character and a unique design. The bathroom is a little small but is a great use of space. Due to the historic qualities of the house the ceilings are low for tall folks over about 6'2". The host was also just as cheerful and charming!”
