por el precio y cercania muy bien
La atencio muy bien, solo que le falta que den Mantenimiento a la habitacion le faltaba una pintada en las paredez y en la mesa del comedor, las manzanas del desayuno todas feas y la pasadas.

Muy sucio, viejo y el personal nada amable. La puerta del cuarto apenas abre, la TV no sirve, muy viejo y sucio, descuidado, baño en pésimas condiciones. No hay con quien quejarse

Horrible servicio! Mal atendido durante el día. El muchacho de la noche es buena onda y resuelve problemas. Pero la chica de la mañana y tarde es una imbecil al cuadrado. No sabe hacer nada y no resuelve nada. Además, el desayuno es deprimente. Había unas manzanitas que parecían coruelas por el tamaño y un termo chiquito con café. Se acaba el café (alrededor de 1 litro) y simplemente te dicen que no hay mas. Café????? Increíble!!

The lady at check-in is always great- friendly, courteous and professional. The room was a good size and clean. That being said, the rooms need to be updated.

This is one of the filthiest hotels I've ever seen. How it classifies as a hotel I do not know. It more classifies as Motel Hell The room was just so so very nasty

Looks can be deceiving
It was a lot more of a pleasant stay then it looks from the outside. It was nice and quiet throughout the night.. desk clerks both from night and day shifts were absolutely incredible to work with

The floor was dirty, dresser and nightstand drawers were dirty inside. Tops of furnature were dirty. Exterior picture was of a different property. Very deceptive.

I liked the fencing around property. As well as the access of freeway nearby to go anywhere in the city. Well priced amongst other stays nearby.

They could not find my reservation and would not try to find it even though I had the reservation number. No help what so ever. It was the middle of the night with no where to stay. Another woman had booked her room over a week ago. They told her the same thing. He didn’t care and was not willing to help. I called management the next day at the hotel and she found my reservation and apologized. Expedia was told I was a no show. I told her that and she said she would call and let them know. I called Expedia and no notes that she called at all. I called the hotel back the next day and she said she did and was on the phone for two hours. Still waiting on Expedia to get this resolved.

Room smelled like mildew. Worn out funishings, bedding, towels... Crack addicts and prostitutes call this place home. constant illegal traffic in the parking lot. Rude, underachieved, unintelligent, staff. All in all, just unpleasent all around. If you are a low life, its perfect for you.

I liked that it wasclise yo food and gas what i didnt like was the way i was treated upon check out i was accused of stealing towels but the house keeper had pi ked them up they didnt want to give me my deposit the house keeper didnt speak english so it made it real hard for me to get my deposit back they were very rude and didnt want to cooperate cause they had someone that spoke both languages yhey just was rude

Dear, apologize for the way you were treated upon check out. I check the camara and we have you on video cleaning your car with the hotel towels, we can't remove grease out of towels please next time ask for cleaning towels and we will give it to you.

Worth the money!
Room was very clean and the service was great. If there is a con, it would be that the bed was a little uncomfortable. Some of that could just be my old bones, though. I would recommend for an inexpensive place to stay.

The room that we stayed in looked liked it needed a total wipe down. The carpets and wall and furniture were all dirty. I saw a dead roach, we had to get the remote from the office. However the beds were very comfortable, but I would not stay here again, unless I had to.

Refund my last 2 night
Worst experience I ever had booked three days they refused to allow me to stay in the room had to check out then return at 2 pm then when I called customer services to complain about the issue I was placed on hold with the excuss that my line was breaking up or the agent would hang up in my face when I tried to place the call it would automatically hang up again.

There wasn't really too much to the location. Just a typical hotel. Unfortunately they had to stop allowing guest to eat breakfast in the lobby in the mornings per the coronovirus. They still provided it with the option of letting us take it back to our room to eat, which is more then what most hotels are doing. Other then that really had no complaints. No additional comments or concerns.
