La ubicación es muy buena. El olor de las habitaciones a humedad, a sucio, a viejo, es terrible. Da sensación de que todo el cuarto está sucio. Me gustó que el internet es muy bueno y el agua caliente no me falló. Atención del personal TERRIBLE. Muy groseros.

Bien ubicado pero muy viejo y descuidado
El hotel está muy viejo y descuidado. Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento. No hay ninguna medida de seguridad por COVID. Está bien ubicado para lo que necesitábamos. En las habitaciones no hay nada para la cocineta, hay que bajar a pedir todo. No hacen limpieza de las habitaciones más que cada 7 días.

Go down the street
The first room didn’t have hot water and the shower was old. The second room blew cold air when you turned on the heat. For both, I waited a few mins to see if they warmed up. The third room had hot water and heat. The amount of effort and time it took to settle into a room was ridiculous. The soap though didn’t sud. It almost felt like a pumice against my skin. In general, I was quite disappointed by the hotel. I had been staying at another hotel down the street and wanted to try a different one. Big mistake. I won’t be thinking of Extended Stay again. The woman at the front desk was very nice though. My rating is for the building and amenities, not the personnel.

No lo recomiendo para nada
No lo recomiendo, hay gente que vive ahi, cocinan todos los dias todos los cuartos y el olor se siente en todo el hotel. No limpiaban los cuartos, solo 1 jabon sin champoo ni nada.

Mi reservación la realicé en expedía y nunca me hicieron limpieza en el cuarto , no hicieron las camas y venía con desayuno incluido pero no había nada de comida decían que ya no había aunque fuera en horario de las 8 am . Limpian el cuarto cada 3 días!!!, Te ofrecen desayuno incluido. (y solo dan café y galletas). NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADIE! Su publicidad es engañosa... El "hotel" es viejo y con poco mantenimiento.

Bed bugs...
En Ambas habitaciones tuvimos picaduras de chinches... el personal no hizo nada al respecto. No lo recomiendo, pesimas condiciones higiénicas, pesima actitud del personal. No hicieron reembolso y encina insinuaron que laa picaduras no eran de chinches... cuando mi mama es super alergica a estas picadas por lo que supimos inmediatamente que se trataba de eso.

Buen Hotel de Paso
El hotel está ubicado bastante cerca de las areas de Galleria, resulta muy comodo de llegar; el hotel bastante dentro de lo normal, tal vez le hace falta uno que otro arreglo y modernizar un poco las instalaciones, para un hotel de un par de noches vale la pena
