I found blood on my sheets and a roach in my room. I have a video of both. At check in there was no one attending the front desk. When attempting to resolve the issue with the roaches, the manager couldn’t be find for two hours.

The first night we were there the lights went out around 6ish . The lights came back on around 3ish that morning. So we were super Hot until then. Bugs came out in the kitchen area once they sensed the lights were out😡 The elevator smelled like raid Everybody! Nobody could access the pool because something had to be done to it on Monday 😤 and we left that Sunday evening. The pillows were flat,sheets were stained,It was just pitiful. Its just somewhere to lay your head. The staff was really friendly though. So i didn't take it out on them

When I arrived at the property I was unable to get into the lobby. Check in was quick. The room was ok but I noticed on the second night there was a roach in the bathroom and in the kitchen area.

Upon arrival the front desk was unmanned, as a safety precaution the inner foyer door locks and requires a desk person to remotely open. As a result I stood for 10 minutes holding my luggage as I was stuck in the foyer and couldn’t enter the air conditioned waiting interior. The room was not available at 6pm day of and was asked to wait additional 15 mins for room to be prepared. Upon walking into room trash was not taken from prior occupant.

Could have been better
The actual stay itself served his purpose for the evacuation of the bad weather that was coming. First the air conditioning did not work enough to keep the whole room cool during the course of the day secondly only half of the stove worked so we were only able to use two of the burners and not all four thirdly the towel rack in the bathroom came down we reported it to the front desk the next day the repairman came up claims he was going to fix it said he was leaving to go get his said he was leaving to go get his tools but he never returned to do the repair

I booked through expedia for 1 night. When. I checked in, the lady at the front desk charged me two $54 transactions in error. Leaving me with 74 cents in my bank account. The next day i spoke to the manager and told her the fees were still there. All she could say aas that she cancelled it.even though i had 0 money, no where to stay, and no food, she told me to leave and figure it iut on my own. It was their error ans i got stuck eith being hungry.
