Esta muy limpio el hotel... en general, La entrada rápida sin molestias solo la llave del cuarto no funcionó... pero nos atendieron muy rápido. El desayuno muy bueno...

The cops got called for a rowdy guest. The pool was closed and dirty. Guests were extremely loud after midnight and kids started screaming before 6am

Even being eight years old this property looked very new and fresh. The staff (Laura, Melinda and Tootie) were very accommodating. The room (100) was nice. Even though the coffee maker didn’t work we made due with lobby coffee. The “accessible” was just that except for the shower. I recommend Hampton inn put a bar right by the entrance to the shower door. Having them only across on the other side is a hazard to those with limited mobility. It was good for one night.

This Hampton Inn was very clean and well maintained, and the staff I dealt with were pleasant. The only downside to the hotel is that it's located amidst a bunch of warehouses. If you're looking for a clean comfortable place to stay for a night and don't care about a scenic view, it's a good choice.

The best part was the breakfast! The lady in the breakfast area was the best. The staff was very nice, except for a blonde older lady in reception. When we arrived it was early so our room wasn't ready, we asked if there was a space to leave our suitcases and she abruptly said No. Told us to come back at 3pm, which we did and the room was still not ready, and the again in a bad tone told us to sit and wait. The hotel was practically empty, so we didn't understand the delay. Apart from that blonde lady, the rest of the staff was incredibly accommodating.

Pros: The complimentary breakfast and service were outstanding. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Location was very convenient for our visit. Elevator was prompt. Decor is warm and pleasant. Cons: Walls are VERY thin. I could hear every conversation next door and in the hallway. Bathroom is very nice, but desperately needs a vent. I would stay here again and recommend it to others, too.

The best in La Porte
We love this hotel! It’s clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and the lady working in there is so friendly and helpful. Never will stay anywhere else in La Porte.

Happy with my stay
I've stayed in a few major chain hotels of late and have noticed how they weren't really kept up to the standards I had become to be confident with. Hampton Inn has never let me down, and the staff at the La Porte, Texas location helped take that over the top! The ladies at the front desk were phenomenal. The room was quite clean and large--Hilton has the most comfortable beds!
