The staff was friendly, no issues there. Room was freezing when i got there, bathroom had hairs in and around the tub. No alarm clock, no hair dryer, very little shampoo/conditioner. Hot water was spotty. $125/night hardly worth it...

I was disappointed the picture made the room look better then it was. The service was not great it was not the cleanest and it is outdated for the price I Paid.

The motel was good for the price. The bed in our room was due for replacement, the king-size mattress had a significant sag in the middle, and the bathroom sink was chipped, hence the average scores for comfort and condition. However, there were contractors on site renovating rooms while we were there, so the owners obviously care about the property and I assume issues like this will be corrected. Very clean and friendly service. Laminate flooring instead of carpet, so a clean floor.

The bathroom looked as though it was under renovation. The shower had no tap, the back of the tub was coming away from the wall. Beds were hard, air conditioner very loud.

The room was disgusting. Refused to even stay there. Got back in the vehicle and just drove home

Nice older motel
A decent place to stay. It’s an older motel but pretty well kept. The only complaint I had was the water temperature fluctuated while showering. I was there for three nights to attend a funeral and wanted a cheap, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. This motel met those expectations. Housekeeping had the room done up with fresh towels every morning l.

Toilet ran off and on which affected shower temps. Toilet seat had crack in it. Black mould?? on ceiling of bathroom. Bed falling off frame. Not impressed.

Might look a bit "rustic" from the street but don't let that fool you! Room was nice and well-equipped (fridge, microwave, coffee maker), bed comfy, bathroom spotless. Staff very friendly. (FWIW aromas from the Indian restaurant alongside smelled good, but I ate at the Chinese restaurant just up the road and it was *excellent*.)

Hotelli oli reitillämme sekä meno-, että tulomatkalla. Olimme tyytyväisiä ensimmäiseen yöpymiseen, joten jäimme samaan paikkaan tulomatkallakin. Hotellissa oli ystävällinen henkilökunta, siistit tilavat huoneet ja hotelliin oli todella helppo löytää. Samalla pihalla oli myös hyvä ravintola. Lähellä junaraiteet, välillä kuuluu junan ääniä. Äänistä huolimatta täällä on saanut hyvät unet.

Check in was slow and staff unfriendly; I was told to hand-write all personal information despite having made a reservation - not fun after 13 hours on the road. Room and hotel quite dated and in need of paint, renovations, etc.

Was ok but disappointing
I had my reservation and itinerary and then the person at the desk tried to raise the rate even though I was told over the phone that they wouldn't charge for the cat. He also stuck me far in the back where it was very cold - even though there were very few guests and he could have given me a more convenient room. My wife stayed with our cat previously and no extra charge and was given a room near the office. I was disappointed as she had told me good things about this motel.

Sorry we didn't provide you with the service you expected. The pet rooms are located at the back section. Each room has its own adjustable thermostat and a large heater. Once again we apologize.

Meh...
Says there is free Wi-Fi which is true but it doesn't work. I asked about it and the only response I got was that it works everywhere else and maybe it's just the room that I was in. On the website it shows a restaurant in the hotel. That's closed for business. Some of the outlets didn't work. Could tell that certain issues with rust and rot were just painted over. Not expecting a 5 star experience but those little things should be standard in my opinion.

The staff were very accommodating and the room was very comfortable. I was glad it had a 'pet friendly' policy with no extra cost - made my travel easier and pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.
