The property was a fine establishment. The front dest attendant was a bit rude other then the attuide the process was well. The room we book said view, however it was mostly parking lot and a small "view" of harbor. The room was excellent, clean and grand. Plenty of lighting but not too bright.

This property is very well maintained and will definitely come back. It was a last minute staycation with the kids and they loved the pool .

Everything about my time at the Hyatt was excellent! I booked the morning of my stay and they found me a room with a beautiful view. They did had some unexpected plumbing issues but they notified us about the issue. The repairs were made just as fast. The managers and staff was were all apologetic and asked if they was anything they could to make my stay better but honestly the repairs were made so quickly that it didn't even affect us. The whole experience was just great! I’ll definitely will be returning here!

This is a beautiful hotel! The staff and services were pleasant and professional. Our 2 queen was so roomy and comfortable. The view of nature/water allowed us to see wildlife, boats, ships, and barges. The pool area is awesome. Bring a shower caddy as there is no shelf for you shower items. Also, no microwave in the room, but we used the one downstairs. Noone has control of the music by the pool so, the same sound all the time. By far the best hotel I've stayed in. We will be back!!
