Es la segunda ves que voy con mis dos hijos. De 3 y 11 años, y mi esposo. Nos quedamos solo una noche, encuentro que dos noches es muy caro. Y por eso solo nos podemos quedar una noche. Pero la pasamos muy bien.

El resort es muy bonito, disfrutamos mucho las diversas albercas, la fogata nocturna, el entorno de bosque. Las albercas a distintas temperaturas, una tibia con toboganes, una caliente (literal) y el lazy river, que es frio, pero muy ad hoc. Hay partes del hotel que no están en uso al parecer por efecto de la pandemia pero en términos generales lo han mantenido todo bastante bien. Lo único que les hace falta es tener cerca del lobby un "cafecito" atractivo, que continuamente ofrezca algún postre, algo grab n' go (de mayor calidad que unos "chips"), distintos cafés y otras bebidas, en vez de un rincón un tanto descuidado llamado "taverna de Santa" que me parece fuera de contexto en un hotel familiar

Poca atención y descortesía del personal del hotel, en particular de las mujeres en recepción. Falta de uso de cubrebocas. Servicios limitados por falta de personal, incluso el room service que en algunos casos y sin avisar no estaba disponible.

No apto para adolescentes
En primer lugar el hotel es muy viejo, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, habia una telaraña supper grande en el techo de mi cuarto, las camas decian queen y resultaron full , y pues la verdad las albercas de ahi son divertidas pero para niños pequeños , los adolescentes se aburren en casi nada de actividades

El servicio y la amabilidad son indispensables
No había otros restaurantes por la mañana, la atención no es muy cordial y cómo no avise no me hicieron la limpieza de la habitación, aunque si les dije a las recamareras. Esta muy padre el hotel pero se podría mejorar el servicio.

En general el servicio de alimentos es muy malo tanto enel restaurante como en el + servicio a cuarto, llega todo frio, los alimentos son bastante caros como para que lleguen frios, el personal no es muy amistoso, algunos hasta hostiles, los más amistosos sin duda los latinos de ahí en fuera son jetones, deje olvidada una bolsa con compras de cosméticos y dos carpetas con documentos de mi trabajo y según nunca aparecieron y eso que lo reporte de inmediato.

Beautiful property, good service from staff- a couple issues with the room were resolved quickly. Disappointed with dining as the breakfast & dinner restaurant Harrison’s were closed for a private event the entire stay-we had to leave the property rather late in the evening to find dinner in the area. Would recommend planning for meals at the nearby waterway in the woodlands if leaving the property.

When I arrived to the hotel 5 hours ago They did not manage to give me a room that I reserved then they offered me a different rooms that I do not accept one of which is handicapped,They told me that I can get a refund from expedia but when I called tue expedia customer service ,they did not accept what they did and charged me 400 $. I do not know what to say ,Unacceptable Unethical and they destroyed my weekend plans ,All of family is still crazily angry to both This unethical hotel and expedia who prefer not to suppor us for refund Great experience and the worst customer desk that I have ever seen in my life ,Thank you for this awful experience

We had a quick 3-day stay for spring break and it was just what we were hoping for. The heated pool is what sold me on staying here since it was only going to be in the 70's for our stay. While the lazy river isn't heated, we still did it and it didn't disappoint, even though it was cold. We had planned to leave the site more but honestly, we didn't need to. While the dining is a bit more expensive, the food and restaurants were amazing.

Enjoyed our visit to Woodlands. The pool was a big hit and we spent everyday there. Our son must have ridden the slide about 50 times a day. Brooke our server by the pool was by far the best server we had. The room was nice, although it would have been great to have bunkbeds or more of a space for the cot we needed (we had a bonus room). We did not take a car knowing the dining options, but the market could have used more options and provisions. Overall, we would recommend.

Wish the heated pool was warmer. It was the main reason we went and you can't really tell it's heated. Otherwise, everything else was pretty nice.

Loved our stay here! The property was so clean, the front desk staff was helpful and all our requests were answered promptly. We had an issue with the ac vent being in the closet of our room and the closet had an automatic light so to have air in the room the door to the closet had to be open with the light on (this was very odd) so we chatted with the front desk and the second night we were moved to a pool walkout and it was amazing! Even though it is the off season we had a great time in the pools and lazy river. Even the valets were pleasant and greeted us with smiles every time we walked by. Definitely recommend and will be back.
