Me cobraron el depósito 2 veces, aunque en la terminal mi tarjeta si pasaba. La señorita de recepción cero atenta, el cuarto sucio con pestañas postizas en el piso, alfombra sucia. En la mañana no había desayuno y no había nadie en recepción x No regreso

La puerta de mi habitacion estaba en malas condiciones y no cerraba bien, el desayuno muy regular, el shuttle al aeropuerto solo es hasta las 10 pm en la noche.

During my stay, they removed breakfast from the area because the hotel had an inspection and my family and friends were left without breakfast for that reason (which was very strange for us) but the room and the hotel were in good condition 🌸

Mucho mejor de lo esperado
Fuimos por una parada no pronosticada y queriamos que estuviese cerca del aeropuerto de Houston. Este hotel esta verdaderamente cerca con Shuttle incluido. Lo bueno: Staff es muy amable, desayuno adecuado, cafe bastante bueno. A mejorar: Limpieza de la habitacion estaba OK, pero hay areas que no se veian bien. La refrigeradora tenia agua en el fondo por lo que no nos atrevimos a usarla. La piscina estaba MUY sucia aunque no teniamos intension de usarla.

Muy cómodo y limpio el cuarto, muy bien el desayuno, un poco feo el estacionamiento y Alícia la entrada. El elevador parece de hace 100 años. Pero fuera de eso el hotel muy bien.

Definitivamente regresaremos. El personal muy amable. No hacen los cuartos todos los días, lo que no se nos avisó al llegar, pero sin problemas.

En general bien, solo que hay diferencias entre habitaciones, unas mas limpias que otras, y la alberca lleva meses sin estar habilitada, me hospede 4 dias primero y regrese a las 3 semanas 4 dias igual, y la alberca sin funcionar.... El personal muy amable y servicios en general bien
