unclean room !
It was Terrible, the did not clean the room during 4 nights, No towells available. I will not back to this Hotel. You have to out of the room the trash, you can see out of the rooms many trash bags.

Not a big deal really but, they had some type of issues where there was no WiFi in the rooms. Also, no breakfast, TV, or pool... Pretty much, go to your room and lay down 😂

I have been here many times before and even though I had to change rooms several times they were willing to accommodate me. ( television not working, heat blowing continuously, fire alarm going off and would not stop, no shampoo, not enough towels) This time was the worst the television only got one channel and no internet so my phone couldn’t even work correctly in the building. I was there for two days and nothing was done. This review is just for the hotel management. I will have to find a new place to go next time and I visit Houston quite a bit.

Nothing was good
My room was too far away for any wifi, the tv didnt work, the remote was busted and hard to use, some light were dimmed, and i couldnt switch rooms becuase they were at full capacity

Convenient location. No amenities at all, though. No pool, no breakfast. WiFi only available in lobby. The TV was pretty much unusable because of the screen fritzing out. Side door did not require card to enter, so not very safe. Not sure that the gated area was ever closed at night. Except for person who checked me in, staff was friendly.

Never again!! Very disappointed!!
Came after check in time & no room available…had to wait for a room…got to the room the floor hadn’t been vacuumed w/1 face towel in there for 2ppl….no tv remote…had to make 2 trips to the front desk to actually get a tv remote tht works…we stayed for 3 nights…left to go out exploring on the second day & came back & both our keys was deactivated…so they gave us a key to get in….then went down for clean towels & they gave us 2 face towels & 2towels tht u put on the floor to step out the shower on to dry off…also went outside to my car & the door shut behind me & tried to use my key to re-enter & the whole door key holder fell off…had to walk all the way around to the front of the building to get in…this was over all a bad experience…we booked thru hotel.com bcuz Thts what I always do but this time I believe we got a bad deal…I will not recommend this hotel to anyone or ever stay there again

Don’t Stay Here
As soon as you walk in the building you smell pot. This is an obvious spot where locals go to do their drugs. The non smoking room I was in smelled like pot and cigarettes. The side door security locks were not working so anyone could come in and out. The furniture was worn out and some of it peeling. The toilet wasn’t working properly due to a needed pump adjustment. I had to take off top and press to make water fill. The towel rack was hanging off on one side. There was no remote for the TV. There was no breakfast. There was no attendant at the desk at night. Really anyone from street could walk in. My view was a deteriorating dirty roof. The attendant during check in was nice enough. Surprisingly the artwork and decor —you could see originally was well done except for the parts of the hotel which were falling apart. The hotel was tidy and clean.

It was the worst experience ever. I got it because it had a pool for my two year old because I only get to visit him every other week Not only was the pool close I also didn't have Wi-Fi or even a working television in my on top of it all I have never been treated so rudely by a staff these women need to be working at a McDonald's in the ghetto they were horrible. When I confronted one of them about why the pool was closed she suggested maybe I should go next door and ask Staybridge if I could use their pool for my two-year-old wow now that's classy

Poor. when arrived didn’t have my room. Couldn’t even get extra towel, blankets, pillows. Had to sleep on a chair because double queen which paid for got downgraded to a king so had to sleep on chair in room.
