La propiedad es muy vieja. La limpieza mala. Abajo de las camas polvo. El agua caliente se va a los 10 minutos. El personal son puros chinos de malos tratos. Se siente chueca la estructura en el segundo y tercer piso. En general mala experiencia.Expedia debería reembolsarnos al menos la comisión que se lleva!!!!

Good stay and a comfortable room
The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good, the people are friendly and kind. The pool is a good conditions and clean, if I’ll come back to HB definitely I’ll stay again is this hotel.

This motel was fine for our needs, a family birthday get-together. It is close to the family residence as well as to grocery stores and other simple shopping needs. Nice to have breakfast on site. Nothing fancy, but clean and functional.

The customer service was good but there was a sock left over in my bed, cobwebs on the ceiling in several spots and visible black mold in the bathroom. Would not visit again.

Room size, microwave and fridge were wonderful surprises upon arrival. Pool was cold and room cleaning was very ok (they forgot to make our beds one of the days, but at least we had clean towels). Breakfast was marvelous. Lovely staff and very helpful in keeping our bags until we could check in.

I always take my shampoo and conditioner but I forgot it this time and at the hotel the bottles were empty I never use them but this time they I need them was none

This was the LOUDEST place I have ever stayed at. I could hear everything all around me. Cars parking and shutting their doors, people next to me having a normal conversation that was clear as day like they were in the bed next to me, and a fart that literally woke me up… I was here for 4 nights and could not sleep for more than an hour at a time bc the noise was unbearable from everyday normal things that shouldn’t have made a difference. The least of my worries was the pillows. They felt like they were filled with old ripped up jeans. So lumpy and hard. Multiple times I went to the front desk in the morning to speak with someone about moving rooms and there was always a sign saying they’d be back later. The bathroom was gross there were piles of pubes and other hairs just shoved in all of the corners from the crappy cleaning standards. The soaps were mostly empty and the water pressure was very light. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this location. They are on par cost wise with the other budget options in the area

Dont plan on using the hot tub
I stay in a hotel at least once a month and I would say this visit was probably one of the most disappointing that I have had in recent years. Check in associate was not very personable, and very hard to hear. He asked me to show them a copy of my email registration and my travel itinerary number from my reservation. All fine, but generally not anything im asked to provide at check in, after I've already provided my ID. My friends and I live an hour apart from each other and this trip was planned for us to get together in person. We selected this hotel in particular because it had a hot tub and in close proximity to our dinner and comedy club reservations at 630pm. We planned to enjoy the hot tub for 2 hours before dinner. Upon arrival we were told the pool area was closed because it had rained in the morning and the wet ground was a slipping hazard. It was not actively raining at the time. When my friends checked in and also expressed concern about the pool are being closed, they were told very rudely that their 2 options were to check out and leave or to go back to their room. Who ever decided to put tile in the pool area is in the wrong business. Is the ground not wet when people are swimming? Never mind the same tile surrounds the entire property making the entire 1st floor a slipping hazard. While the rooms are recently updated, I wouldn't return due to the confusing pool usage policy and the rudeness of the staff. 3 local hotels had their hot tubs open.

Huntington Beach Family Stay
We picked this hotels' location so that we could be very close to family that we were visiting in Huntington Beach. When we first checked in, we were given a room that was in a dark hallway and the window looked out to the only elevator on the property. When I told them this was NOT acceptable and that I didn't want a room that looked into a dark hallway, they did their best to find another room - even tho the hotel was maybe 1/4 full! After 10 minutes, with sighs and deep breaths searching, I got a room on the 2nd floor looking outside - this was after I turned down another room. There wasn't a place to put your bags or suitcases other than on he floor. There was no coffee table in front of the sofa so take-out food and/or drinks had to go on the floor also. I was told they had a nice breakfast but never wanted to try it.The only reason we stayed here was the 4.8 rating, which I now question. I could tell they were in the process of some renovations but our room was not acceptable.
