Best location for our needs, great staff, good breakfast selection, but I can only speak for the condition of our room 1018. The room gets 3 stars only because we had the best sleep on your beds. The overall room needs desperate maintenance. The shower door wouldn’t close and seal because it’s literally falling off the wall, the toilet bowl was the only thing clean on the toilet. The towel bar is falling out of the wall. There are permanent scuff marks on the wall leading into the main room. The nightstand hasn’t been dusted in awhile, the furniture needs refinishing and the outlets by the bed are so overused, they couldn’t hold a plug. There’s more but an even overall maintenance is needed.

As far as hotels go this one was pretty basic but nice. It is in a great location and my room had an amazing view of the pond and carrousel. I would have rated it higher if my room had been cleaner and the shuttle to the airport was free. The shuttle cost more than a Uber. The staff were really friendly and the pool area was nice.

Room was not cleaned at all in four night visit. Asked after 2nd night and they said they would. When we arrived back that night it had not been cleaned but staff had placed a “Dont Disturb” magnet on outside of our door. We asked again the next day. A bag with some towels in it was on desk when we returned that night and one of the three trash cans was emptied. On two mornings approx 8 am we observed individuals moving through the front parking lot trying to open doors on guests’ vehicles. One of the individuals had just been eating food at the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was awkwardly displayed and difficult to serve(limited counter space for placing down dishes etc). No variety in items available. Same every morning. Hallways are maze-like and emergency stairs not clearly marked- feels dangerous. Overpriced compared to a hotel i had just stayed in nashville for same price with twice the amenities. There are many other places in this same area— Element should be your LAST RESORT. Second rate in every way. UNRESPONSIVE STAFF.

I like that free breakfast was included and the whole set up when you walk in the lobby to the room was very beautiful. No issues at all with the room. Will definitely book again. The hotel front desk clerk Crystal was very nice.

Not a good customer service experience…
Girlfriend doing this review…Issues began at check in. Did normal checkin procedure & my boyfriend used his card for incidentals. Something happened w/ the computer & we had to do it more than once. Took them longer to make sure his card wasn’t charged twice. Then, my boyfriend asked could he extend the stay until the next day. They explained, since we booked through expedia, we would have to make a second reservation, but could keep the same room. No problem. I called the next day to be sure before I booked another reservation bc it’s nonrefundable. The guest rep confirmed & said to make the reservation & just come down & have the key reset. I did that before checkout time. The gentleman at guest services informed me that he saw there were two reservations for me for the same day & didn’t know why. I explained they told me I needed to make another one for the second day, so idk why there were two. He said he would look into it, but he reset my key. Hours go by & my boyfriend took me out somewhere & goes back & goes to the bar to get food…he tells them to charge it to the room & they claim no one is in that room. He explains what all I did to the staff & they keep having to look into it. They then say they need to do everything all over..needing my ID & I’m not even there anymore. I sent my bf the confirmation info from the reservation. We basically just had issues with them from the beginning & the staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable on what was going on.

I love the facilities here when I come to town but each time I have come there has been a discrepancy with what I booked online and what actually happens upon arrival for checkin the hotel is amazing and the surrounding activities are great as well

The property was attached to a shopping area and we were able to get dinner and walk around without having to drive somewhere. It's close to things to do around town. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was fresh and there was a verity.
