The caution tape was only for guest safety. We are in the middle of renovation and our staircases were just put in and the cement hadn't dried,that was the reason for the caution tape. Our apologies if it was an oversight,that our front desk didn't mention.

I am very upset to hear you did not have a good stay with us! Did you call or speak to anyone at the front desk so we could made the other guests causing problems to leave or quiet down!
