Privacidad a mejorar
Bien ubicado, limpio, cama cómoda, buen servicio. Lo único que deben solucionar es que las ventanas dan hacia la calle y no tienen cortinas oscuras completas por lo que de noche si se tiene la luz prendida, desde afuera se ve todo hacia la habitación.

Hotel nuevo y excelente ubicación
Nos alojamos allí como base para las playas de provincetown y alrededores. La ubicación es cómoda y queda al lado del centro comercial de Hyannis, de restaurantes, supermercado y todo lo que necesitas. Excelente hotel nuevo y limpio.

Off season, low volume, easily accessible central location. Breakfast was a little better than average and available at 6 but at least the area was clean.

Because of travel issues I checked in a day late. They canceled my whole reservation as a result and would not let me stay. So payed for 2 nights and was not allowed to stay there.

Terrible smell in the first room we received. Found a broken toilet tank to be the issue. Requested new room and we were moved without any trouble. Second room had a strange smell as well. Room itself was clean. I think we could have found a better hotel at a similar price in the area. Convenient that it was right next door to the mall though for overnight shopping trip.

Everything was good. Clean rooms, great breakfast set up. No hot water though which is odd.

Great location! Numerous shopping and eating options nearby. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Staff was excellent from check-in and throughout our stay.

Had a wonderful stay
Nice place in a great location. The room was clean and nicely sized. The staff were nice and courteous. In my short visit, I did not really use most of the amenities, but I can't think of anything negative about the place
