Very comfortable hotel with friendly efficient staff. The breakfast choices were excellent. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return before too long.

The hotel was lovely and set in a beautiful area which was close to everywhere you needed to get to. The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful and couldn’t do enough to help you plan excursions and where to sightsee. The breakfast was great too with an overwhelming choice to suit all tastes. I would definitely come back to stay here and already recommended it to family and friends.

Fantastic stay. Couldn't recommend it more highly. We had a superior room with sea view. The room was spacious and comfortable, big bathroom with walk in shower, and the view from the balcony of the sea and the harbour was beautiful. Staff are all super attentive and friendly, couldn't fault them. We stayed for a short break for our anniversary and the hotel brought up a bottle of cava for us and a lovely hand written note. The facilities: the breakfast area, restaurant, and pool, we're all spotless and really nicely decorated. It's the perfect hotel for a relaxing trip to Santa Eulalia.

Leuk hotel met een heerlijk uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Het restaurant was lekker. Vriendelijke bediening. Toch wel een aanrader in Santa Eulària

It was only for one night due to flight cancellation. Staff was very helpful on the reception. I expected the room to be more comfortable. It was big room and good size bathroom. The bathroom was smelly but we were staying just a night. Breakfast has good options but wasn't very tasty. I wouldn't call it 4stars. Probably 3 stars.

La struttura in se si presenta bene peccato per idettagli. La pulizia in camera lascia a desiderare così come le condizioni del l’arredamento. È stato inoltre penalizzante il persistente odore di fogna in camera che nonostante la segnalazione non è stato risolto. La colazione è sicuramente abbondante ma dozzinale e di scarsa qualità. Diciamo che per il prezzo ci aspettavamo sicuramente qualcosa di meglio.

Hotel magnífico, con un equipo genial tanto en recepción, restaurante como el personal de limpieza. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, y la piscina es perfecta para adultos y niños. Lo mejor, de todas modos, es la calidad del equipo humano. Laura, Jenny, Noah, Dani, Antonio (y perdón porque seguro que he olvidado algún nombre) son excelentes y ayudan a coordinar tu estancia para que sea perfecta

Everything was pretty good except for a parking problem. I'd stayed here before and parked in the lot next door. Did it this time and got 2 60 Euro tickets. Free parking was supposed to be included. Bottom sheets were not fitted and were very uncomfortable and would not stay on the bed.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Tolles Hotel, sehr guter Service! Waren sehr zufrieden, einziger Kritikpunkt war die Dauerbeschallung am Pool, zu laut und eintönig! Ansonsten immer wieder, auch das Frühstück hervorragend! Zudem sehr, sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal!

Ausschlaggebend für unsere Buchung war natürlich die Lage. Direkt am Yachthafen von Santa Eulalia, einige Gehminuten bis zum Center und trotzdem war es sehr ruhig und angenehm. Wir hatten in diesem Hotel ein Superior Room gebucht, und das bedeutete ein direktem Meerblick. Alles andere war so wie in allen anderen Zimmern. Sehr schön ist die Poolanlage, das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und man hat viel Auswahl. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings hätte ich mir mehr Sauberkeit im Badezimmer gewünscht das Problem bei innen liegenden Badezimmern ist auch in diesem Hotel nicht weg zu putzen. Schimmel in den Ritzen und Fugen in der Dusche, an der Kopfbrause war ein dicker Kalkbelag. In den Schränken war teilweise noch Schmutz von den vorherigen Besuchern. Sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub toll genießen können.

Low standard for a 4 star hotel
The hotel was overall fine but there was so much noise. We felt like the walls was super thin, we could hear when people was talking or moving around on furniture. The same was for the cleaning when they started up I the morning. It was impossible to just sleep just a little bit late in the morning. On top of that the door to the balcony could not close properly so we also has all the noise from outside. The bathroom was also in poor condition and it did not look nice. The breakfast was really nice and they ensured that everything was filled up even though you came late for breakfast.

Fijn hotel, gratis parkeren op 50 m, leuk en vriendelijk personeel, mooie schone kamers, lekkere bedden, overheerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt, goed gelegen tov boulevard met winkels en restaurants, fijn zwembad met ligbedden en groot terras. Enige minpunt: het is er erg gehorig. Veel geluiden van overige hotelgasten, zoals wc, douche, verschuiven van stoelen en bedden, deuren die open en dicht gaan.

Very very good
Hotel was very very good so close to being excellent but there is a criticism. The pool area is very small for the size of the hotel and sadly, as usual despite notices to the contrary, the towels were on the sunbeds very early. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The range of food was good and the service was first class. Location couldnt be better in terms of view and amenities Would definitely return

Location fantastic. Upgraded for a view which I definitely recommend. Breakfast was great with a huge variety. Staff very friendly and helpful. Patio glass was cracked. But apart from that I would definitely recommend and we will be staying again

Not much to like really, except the pool bar food and staff, otherwise it was a basic hotel. We were at the hotel for 7 days and maniged to get a pool bed on one day only.

Prima Hotel, beetje gehorig door de plavuizen vloer. Prima bedden, heel goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Minpuntjes: Bij ons op de 1 etage, hadden we wel steeds last van een stinkende afvoer. Water ingegoten en afvoer wastafel afgedekken hielp. Airco hangt boven het bed, je ligt continu in de koude wind. Betere plaats is bij de deur . Zo koelt het toch en heeft niemand er last van

Lovely Hotel
A really good Hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff, who all went out of their way to be helpful. We had Dinner Bed and Breakfast which was always freshly cooked and very plentiful. Our room looked over the Mariner and the sea and was spacious and comfortable

Stayed at this hotel in May then again last week(Oct 28th). The hotel was closing down around the customers. Breakfast was nowhere near as good as during the summer months. Had to ask for beds to be changed, didn't get early morning call I had booked and the hotel wanted me to pay for my stay which I had already paid to Expedia. Such a shame because our stay in May was lovely.
