Recommended Hotel
We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. Room service was good. Location is convenient because it is within the city. Must try food is in Roberto's located just behind the hotel. Try their lumpiang shanghai and meatballs, yummers! ☺️☺️☺️

We returned during check in time after dropping our bags and they cant find a room for us. We waited for 45 mins until they gave us our room. No explanation why we had to wait.

I would like to request for receipts (haw can I get one?) What I like -The property is near the city What I don’t like -it’s not clean the linens on my bed not clean upon check in I saw hair strand on my bed rest room terrible with rusted faucet and yellowish water .

The water is very dirty. I told the reception that the water is dirty but I was told it will come cleaner soon. They further told me to open the faucet until the water becomes clear but after 10 minutes water is still dirty!!

We were heading to Guimaras the next morning, so the location was very convenient to Ortiz Wharf. There's a 7-11 across the street for easy access to water and snacks.

spacious room, I like the ambiance, its good if you need space and peace of mind plus its nearer to Gaisano Mall, Libertad City Hall, park and church, and also a walking distance to the port for Guimaras.

The staff were ok but the fire escape (and only window) was screwed shut making an escape that way if needed questionable. The door to the room was not very secure either. I didn't feel safe in the hotel so booked another hotel and moved to it.

Service is very poor. Rooms were not ready on check-in time, we have to wait 1.5hours. Finally, we got a room... The room is too small. Reception advised the 3rd mattress was wet. So I told them to remove that mattress... After we rested... We found out my friends clothes and passport were wet. They did not rectify the leaking a/c...we have to look for a better accommodation on the first day. The only good thing is the refund of 2 days was quick... But I think we should have been refunded for 3.

Fair experience..room accomodated us as expected..however we discovered that the windows were not locked!!should do a regular check esp safety is involve.. Upon check in - the staff was a bit confused about our bill but another staff has kindly assist and get our bills settled correctly.. Fair for the price..

I requested for maintenace due to busted toilet bowl drain, I ended up asking for a pale and dipper. The staff voices were so loud while talking to each other. Internet is not consistent. No waste can in the room. No room tag for don’t disturd or for clean up.

Nice and affordable place to sleep
Just enough for place to rest after a day of adventure and travelling. And the location is great since we can easily access transportations going around iloilo and also to guimaras. Recommended if your not looking for a classy place to stay.

A good place to avoid
one of the grubbiest hotels i have every had the misfortune to stay in , the roof of our room was filthy , the shower abismal ,and the food so ordinary i can not comment without swearing , the first night of our stay they left the lights on in the garden area adjioning our room all night , the remaining 2 nights the garden courtyard turned into a staff party / drinking area ,with the staff drinking wahooing untill well after 1.00 am , not too good when you are trying to sleep .The staff are lazy and spend most of their time playing on their mobile phones , such a disappointment , the photo's on the website have been photos shopped , it is one place i would suggest anyone avoid .John and Gina

ugliest hotel ever!
horrible! the suite room sucks it's very dirty! very old blanket, pillow cases. etc. very noisy. I won't come back! please don't try to book coz it's gonna be a wast money. very not comfortable. the shower is horrible too!
