The room was faitly quiet from outside noise, but the AC was very loud. The pillows were too thick, although there were plenty. A couple choices in each room would be appreciated. The breakfast was average, but area was well-staffed and very clean.

This place was not cleaned properly. There was pubic hair in the toilet, some kind of silver wrapper on the bath tub, hair, dust and dead bugs on the bottom mattress. Very disturbing. And the fridge kept making a really loud noise. I will never stay at this hotel again.

We were in town for the eclipse. The bathroom could use some updating and the view wasn’t great but otherwise it was fine. Breakfast had the typical selection and it was good. The lady at the check-in desk was friendly and offered free eclipse glasses.

This was easy to find, right off the interstate. Rooms were clean and nice. Staff were all so friendly, cheerful and helpful, even when dealing with a completely full motel we did not have to wait long for help. My only request is to consider getting slow-closers or another sound dampening measure for the stairwell doors - we were right by the stairs and the door slammed LOUD all evening.

my room was partly dirty upon arrival. there was trash left from the previous guest that the cleaners did not see, drawers in the dresser was not clean, and tub was dirty. other than that the staff was friendly and informative. just a dirty room

Hotel was clean, staff when checking in was ok….not exactly friendly but got the job done. Front lobby bathroom had the horrible chemical clean smell. Rooms were very clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was minimal but adequate.

Everything thing was nice , except for the mattress. I could feel every spring and there wasn't any position you could lay to avoid them. I hardly slept and had a awful knot in my back the next morning. My son said the same thing about his bed.

Back door broken. Stains on bathroom wall plus mold in bathtub. Front desk clerk at night not friendly, and did not warn we could not enter from rear. Weather bad & we had to re-park and come through front entry. He did not notice & did not apologize when I told him, nor thank me for calling it to his attention.

Property very very clean. Pillows and bedding very comfy. Bed hard as a board. No breakfast served. No coffee. Their website and on booking says breakfast included. They did have signs for a fresh breakfast but all they had were packaged muffins and bananas. Morning desk staff was extremely nasty when asked about it.

The Quality Inn provided us with a convenient point right off of the Interstate to stop for the night. It is an older hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. We had our dogs along and the grassy area around the hotel was well lit. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, this will be the place for you!

The Hotel is nice. Room was clean. Good water pressure in the shower. The hotel is close to the highway, so it is very convenient, but, the highway is a little noisy. Gas stations next to the Hotel and places to eat within a mile or 2. Have stayed here before, and would stay again.

From the moment we entered it was a negative experience. The front desk woman was unpleasant. No elevator so we needed to lug heavy bags upstairs. We never had any cleaning. We requested fresh towels and garbage removal after 3 days and it still was not done. We emptied our own trash. The in-room coffee was never restocked because no one ever cleaned the room. The breakfast is pitiful. We stayed for 5 nights without any service. You get what you pay for. The only positive was the mattress was comfortable.
