perfecto para conocer la ciudad
Ubicación perfecta cerca del centro, atención muy buena y desayuno espectacular. tocó dormitorio en azotea por lo que la última planta se sube en escalera. el dormitorio es amplio y el baño pequeño.

exelente atención por parte de las recepcionistas , la ubicación es muy buena y el desayuno muy completo. Todo estuvo muy bien , volvería sin dudas.

Increíble hotel
Un hotel con mucho diseño y detalles, los cuartos acogedores, bien iluminados y en inmejorable ubicación, soy arquitecto y el estilo y diseño son muy importantes para min...todo muy bien pensado....el desayuno es fuera de lo normal, mucha cantidad y variedad de fruta, excelente pan. Además de estas cualidades, el personal de lo más amable. Como agradecimiento adicional tengo que contar que olvide en la caja fuerte un objeto muy valioso para mi,el personal del hotel en particular se encargó y llevo acabo todos los trámites para mandarmelo de regreso a Italia realmente preocupados e interesados en ayudarme. El hotel supero con creces mis expectativas y sí regreso a Innabruck sin duda me hospedare en este hotel! Una magnifica experiencia!!!

Stayed here due to its proximity to old Innsbruck. It is also very convenient to the River Inn with fabulous viewpoints of the high peaks. It is only a few minutes to the Congress cable car access to the Nordkette Moontains. Amazing vantage point high above the clouds!

Loved this place. Love the location. The desk staff could not have been more patient or helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the staff there kept the dishes full and the area clean. Slept in a room with a king bed and two bunks and all beds we’re very comfortable.

Great location, delicious breakfast
The Maximilian is a beautiful place to stay in Innsbruck. Great location, comfortable room and bed, good shower and great breakfast. The staff was friendly and always helpful. I liked that we got free use of bus/trolley transportation during our 3 night stay.

It was a great stay as always. The hotel itself is easily accessible by walking from the train station, the room and facility is impeccably clean, and the staff is very courteous. In addition, the breakfast is a feast. Highly recommendable.

This is your best choice!
There is not enough good things i could say about this place. To begin with their staff Francisca and Felipe are both super incredible. Both very informative, friendly and hospitable. The bkft was by far the best bkft we have ever eaten at any hotel in Europe. Better than any hotel in the US other than the Embassy suites. Rooms were comfortable and the shower was great. The hotel is close to everything we needed to see and the food selection mear the hotel was perfect. Best place to stay in Innsbruck hands down.

Excellent facility, helpful staff, good and varied breakfast options. A cozy lobby bar was present but did not appear to be open. The only unusual aspect was the desk was unmanned and doors locked overnight beginning at 10 pm. It would be a big problem if one misplaced their chip key.

Comfortable stay
The hotel is next to the Aldstadt and within walking distance of the main sights. Our room (503) was over a courtyard that was mostly quiet (a restaurant was noisy in the evening until late). Stylish fittings that worked well in a compact room. Breakfast buffet offered ample choice including lots of fresh fruit. Taxi rank opposite for easy departure to airport but there is a bus too. The Innsbruck welcome card offers free public transport and a discount on the Nordkette train/funicular/cable cars.

Good for 1 night max stay. Be carefull don’t get assigned a room in the highest floor/attic or you will be paying double room but getting half a room (i.e. you can’t stand as the roof is inclined at 45 degrees! The toilette is literally at 3 feet from your bed, window is 12”x12” (yes, inches) and WiFi is extremely slow almost unsable. Positive: location! Just 2 blocks from Maria Theresa strasse/blvd.

Unfortuantely you booked the room with the picture on expedia.com clearly showing the window as well as the roof incline.Our front desk staff is available from 7am to 10pm and if there were diffrent rooms available they would have happily helped you with your difficulties and changed your room category.We are very sorry about the internet.
