50th Birthday
This was a beautiful property and hone. It was done so well. We had everything available at our fingertips. It was great to have a game's room and a hot tub. We had a very friendly host who allowed us to Check-in early, which was great as we came from Calgary. This was for my 50th birthday and my family enjoyed spending time, indoors and downstairs in the game room as well we were all sitting together at a dining room table, and watching even a movie in their cozy living room. I highly recommend this cozy home and Our family will definitely be back, We already have friends who've seen our pictures and already want to book. Thank you again

Nice place, good location
We had a good time staying in this house for our mini vacation for New Year. The place is very clean, well equipped, game room and hot tub are nice bonus to entertain the party. Convenient location, short drive to Invermere, Radium or Fairmount.

Our apologies for the hot tub not being up to our standards. We just ask our guests if there is anything that doesn't look good to email or call us and we would have sent out the hot tub tech to ensure the tub was clean. Sorry about that though. Solid rental
Overall, a really good rental. It is a duplex but it is on a quiet crescent backing onto a big lot and a golf course. The house itself is a bit dated as far as the interior goes but all the furniture was comfortable and modern. The downstairs bedroom mattresses were foam and reported to be not very comfortable but the upstairs bedroom mattresses were great. Kitchen was well stocked.

Cozy little space
This was a cozy little space. We had a few small maintenance issues with the barbecue propane, AC, and a leaky tap in the bathroom downstairs, but overall the experience was good. There was more than enough space to accommodate our 10 guests and we really enjoyed the yard and the deck area.

As advertised. Great central location for 4 golfers. Clean and spacious. The hot tub was a nice addition, but temperature was 60 F on arrival. Appreciated the welcome gift.

Great location for exploring the region including Banff
We really enjoyed our stay at this property including watching the sunset on the deck and soaking in the hot tub after I got help getting the lock on the hot tub to work. We had fun in the game room as well. We enjoyed downtown Invermere and the beach area, museums and kayaking down the Columbia River. Great location to access so many things to do.

It was great to get away and even greater staying in a very quite home and neighborhood.!
We loved the hot tub and the decor with “Bears” The home was clean and quite. It was a perfect stay for us away from our 5 teenagers. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay during Covid
This was a great 4 bedroom house that made having multiple families easy stay. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. . Hot tub was clean, and an essential with Covid shutting down almost everything fun. When we called for more supplies the cleaners brought more the next morning. Close to the Tim Hortons. Lots of parking. Everything we needed was at the house which was good as we were there during pandemic. Down side was no fireplace and BBQ wasn’t great. But would stay here again.

A great property
What an excellent spot. The owners answered my call on Christmas day when we were struggling to get in. They left us with a cozy cabin that was clean and well stocked so we didn't have to go to town at all during the pandemic. Beautiful property where us and our pooch felt at home immediately.

Fabulous!
Great family time! My son and his wife and infant stayed in the basement and they had lots of room. My daughter had a queen bed to herself upstairs and we had a nice en-suite. Thread bathrooms which was real nice. Location was great! Hot tub was enjoyed by all! Lots of supplies which was nice! The bbq needs cleaning and could be replaced. Lots of deck chairs to enjoy the deck. Had fun playing the games downstairs! Had a fabulous stay! Would definitely recommend. It is a Large duplex So be aware of that.

Horrible Neighbour- not family friendly
I will start off by saying that would it not be for the neighbour I would rate this place a 4/5. What is not stated in the rental ad is that this is a duplex and that the duplex neighbour hates children. I have 2 kids aged 2 and 3. We stayed a total of 4 nights and on our last night we were bbq’ing on the outdoor balcony at 5:30pm. My daughter (2) was out there for let’s say 15 minutes and about 5 of those she was “roaring” like a bear at her uncle. The next door neighbour began to shout “sh*t up your ******* kid” and that she was sick and tired of that place being a rental. She said we are “weekenders” and don’t pay property taxes there and don’t belong etc etc. This ruined our last night and my daughter heard it all. I should add because we have 2 young kids we were barely at the residence, and when we were they went to bed at 7:30pm so we were very quiet afterwards. A couple other things I would note is that cleanliness even during covid is not really up to par...we do not drink alcohol and found an empty Palm Bay can in a bathroom under the sink. Along with other evidence the place was not thoroughly cleaned ( eyelash extension in main bedroom, dishes visibly dirty). But it was otherwise in a great location, close to everything! And had really everything you needed. Personally we would never stay again on account of the neighbour. We did contact the company and complain and all we were told is that the owner will deal with the neighbour.

This is a great property if you are on a golf or ski getaway and want to have some fun during your downtime. The house is easy to get to and very close to everything you may need during your getaway. Just as advertised. Had 3 couples with 2 babies and 3 kids. Worked great
We really enjoyed our stay. View from the deck was nice for evening visits, hot tub was relaxing and fun for the kids, house was well stocked (although we could not find cutting boards), beds were comfortable and the house was quiet. Already talking about making it the place to go on our annual trip

Great Spot for Bigger Groups
Weather in Invermere wasn't great, which is why this house was so great! Has a games room downstairs with a pool table, foosball and air hockey! Plus a hot tub outside. The owner's considerately leave instructions and necessary chemicals to keep the hot tub clean and usable for a full weekend. Had a great time here!
