“Our room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the ocean. The room was well equiped with a 3/4 sized fridge that was super cold and it also had a microwave and a single element cook top. The night markets are next door to the hotel. Mini- marts across the street, heaps of places to eat, drink. The promenade along the beach front is really nice to walk along and the area felt safe.”

“6명이 3베드룸 이용했어요. 주방이 있어서 간단한 요리 가능하고 냉장고는 4도어로 상냉장 하냉동 타입의 큰 냉장고에요. 침구류나 전반적인 시설물 깔끔하고 관리 잘 되어있어요. 체크인시 디파짓있고 여권사진 찍어갑니다. 룸키(카드)있어야 1층 메인현관 출입가능하고 엘리베이터도 룸키로 터치하고 층을 눌러서 이동할수 있어요. 롯데마트 골드코스트점 걸어서 갈수있고 다른 여행객들이 많이 다니는 곳과는 약간 거리가 있지만(도보 15~20분) 그랩타면 되서 괜찮아요. ”

“First of all, you need to pay to use the rooftop pool. The main reason I picked this place because of pool photos. I think it’s a bit too much for people who are staying here to pay to use the pool especially there’s no info about it when I booked. Moreover, the housekeeper took my house (back home) key card by accident. Mine is all white, he/she could be confused as the master key but that is not acceptable. “처음 배정받았던 12층 1215호실은 욕조에 곰팡이가 있어서 룸체인지를 요청했으나 늦은 시간 체크인으로 이미 방이 없어 다음날 방을 바꿔준다고했습니다. 바꿔준방은 32층 3216호실로 1215호실과 비교했을때 훨씬 더 높은 층의 뷰와 깨끗한 룸커디션으로 만족 할 수 있었습니다. 하지만 단 과일같은 음식을 방에 먹다가 그대로 둘시 개미가 나올 수 있습니다”

“Wifi password is not updated in the room, later get correct one from reception staff. Communication directly with room owner is responsed 24 hours later so not useable. No face towels. Sea view from the room was great. Overall, service was minimal, and was not cared enough.”

“The apartment is at great location; i.e. cross the road to beach, walking distance to Vincom shopping centre and night market. The staffs are quite friendly and helpful with check-in, check-out process. The apartment and its furnitures are clean enough, and they do daily house keeping which is a + mark of this business. Only problem is parking, If you ride a bike/car the parking staffs try not to sell you daily parking ticket, but the one-time hop in and out parking ticket.”
