Se metió el agua y se inundó mi maleta pésimo servicio de limpieza nunca la hicieron

Nos disculpamos por el inconveniente. Pusimos advertencia de precaución en las ventanas ya que en el caso de no cerrarlas, puede entrarle agua si hay lluvia con viento. El servicio de limpieza es realizado todos los días en horario de 10:00 A.M.- 5:00 P.M. excepto en los casos en los que los huéspedes solicitan que no se realice.

mala imprecion
reservamos 2 noches pero cancelamos 1 24 hrs antes y la q ibamos a usar no la usamos era algo increible lo sucio q estaba tido alrededor pero mas lis baños q nos dejaron usar antes del check inn horribles de sucio , no hay quien atienda hasta las 12:00 medio dia llega el encargado y los cuartos estan muy expuestos no propiedad privada toda clase de gente pasa por ahi y nos dio middo quedarmos, creo debe anunciarse como casi hostal

Hola buenas tardes , muchas gracias por tu comentario lamentamos mucho que no estuviera nadie antes del horario establecido del check in que es a las 3:00 pm, los baños mencionados no pertenecen al hotel , el hotel esta expuesto por que se encuentra en una zona turística por la bella playa que lo rodea , el hotel a veces puede verse sucio debido a sus caminos de arena ya que eso en realidad le da el atractivo de un hotel beachfront ,agradecemos mucho su visita .

Go for the views
Trying to find this place impossible even knowing a couple of locals… you will have to drag your own luggage thru sand… the „front desk“ tho friendly sometimes there sometimes not… guys on the beach that are suppose to serve we’re sitting and on their phones mostly… bed/board stuff stiff… big room, clean and nice… but towels are like gold here trying to get one! But can’t beat the location or view!

The location is great. The bar right outside is very loud during the day. The continental breakfast consists of coffee, juice and toast or waffle.

Best location but terrible bedding, towels
Location is the best!! Beautiful!!! This hotel has SO MUCH potential! They need to replace their towels that are all falling apart. Bed sheets are the worst and blankets are so rough and all stained. It feels like you are staying in a hostel. The floors are slo slippery when wet. My friend fell down the stairs and hurt his back. There are NO Beach towels. Staff at CUCOS restaurant need a lot of customer service training. The breakfast is not worth it. You need to go somewhere else to get a nice breakfast. If these things are improved i would totally stay there again and recommend to anyone. I loved the location! We visit the island several times a year.

Overall our stay went well! The only thing was the continental breakfast was served until 8:30am and only a waffle(waffles was not well cooked) I had to ask the waiter to toast again! and coffee was served. Not the expectation of continental breakfast. I would recommend to go and get breakfast and not even waste your time. Waiting until 8:30am was not worth it.

My stay was perfect the hotel is right in front of the beach. At night the waves sound is magical. Staff is really good and you can't ask for the better spot. The only thing I will complain will be the breakfast. Is a toast or waffle with coffee and juice and the wait it was horrible. Other than that I will go back and stay and eat somewhere else. Is plenty around.

We had the best vacation here, the beach is perfect and extremely close. The property is very close and walkable to a hunch of shopping, bars and resturants.

Pros. Excellent location. Big room. Excepcional view and part of the beach for the price. You can control the AC without restrictions. Cons: Bed is too firm, shower water is warm to cold but with the heat coming from the beach it doesn’t feel bad. Food is extremely pricy but have to admit that taste was very good. They are close by 6pm. There are other options around it that close late.

Waking up early morning to the waves crashing and the beach was priceless. The evenings has amazing sunsets. The room was spacious with big windows that opened. During the day it gets very loud and crowded, so if you re looking for something quiet this is not the place. You may want to stay in the south of Island as the North is loud. We knew it was going to be loud but we didn’t mind. Joanne was very helpful, thank you for your hospitality and great service. Also Gloria the cleaning lady provided great service. Thank you very much for everything. We had an amazing time there in Isla Mujers. I loved waking up early mornings to an empty beach and just listening to the waves!

You cannot beat the view from this hotel. It overlooks Playa Norte and is such a great location. You can walk to Hidalgo, walk to the Ferry, and walk to rent a golf cart. This is a traditional hotel with no huge thrills, but with that view, they aren't needed. Everything was cleaned daily and everything worked. This hotel shares the same office and facilities as Chichis and Charlies. We had a wonderful time.

Pros: literally on the beach; lots of restaurants within 10-20 minutes walking distance; staff is great Cons: the next door hotel takes the trash out at 430/530am so lots of loud glass breaking for approx 20 minutes; dragging luggage through sand to get to the room can be inconvenient; hard to find someone to check in if after dark (630pm); restaurant/bar only open for 6-7 hours a day Overall: would stay here again

Great location hard beds clean
Beds were very hard. Very basic room but clean with a fridge witch was great. We had booked three rooms for a two week period however they canceled all our reservations except for our one for the final night on the island to accommodate another group. We were really disappointed by this as it left us in the learch struggling to find another place to house 7 people for the duration of our trip

We liked it but the construction in front of our room and in front of bar area was bad. All the people coming and going from day ferry walk right through where your lounge chairs are.

Room was directly on the beach which was very nice. The room itself was very clean and nice. Parking is not very good at all. Overall a decent place expect for the very hard uncomfortable bed. Other than the bed, blankets and very low mirror in the bathroom it was a pleasant stay. There really wasn’t a “front desk” but staff was around whenever you needed something. Nothing spectacular but good enough to stay again!!

There are no a amenities in the hotel. Staff reserves best beach chairs to other visitors, guests should use chairs at the back and worse located. Staff not friendly, only looking for tips and your money.

You stay here for the view. I didn't expect much in the way of amenities, but there was no hot water and the sheets are scratchy. No coffee maker in the room. I can roll with the way Mexico is, but too much $$ for a cold shower. Should be about 2/3 the price.

The view was out of this world. The room had only what was needed - no huge amounts of extras and it was cleaned every single day. Air conditioned - comfortable. Bed and bedding was hard - but that was the very least of concerns. Just know if you are into soft beds - it isn't happening. We didn't mind a bit as we were exhausted from the beautiful beachfront -great staff - area shopping - etc. We literally could not believe our view. We stayed in room 5 - and it was breathtaking.
