Las habitaciones se ven bien, aunque la taza tenía un trozo de papel, yo digo que se le pasó limpiarla antes. Dan unas llaves para el cuarto y para la luz, la llave de la luz se rompe muy fácilmente entonces se tiene que tener cuidado, el control de la televisión no funcionaba y cuando los califiqué en google

Estimado Huesped, el no haber cedido a sus pretenciones y amenazas despues de haber pasado la noche en el Hotel lamentamos que utilice este medio para seguir intentando amedrentarnos y ya nos habia comentado que iba a ponernos baja calificacion. Aun asi nos mantenemos en nuestra decision. Que tenga un lindo dia.

El hotel es viejo pero ha sido renovado y esta lindo. El personal es muy amable y atento. Sin embargo estaba extremadamente sucio, baño con pelos, puertas con jabon, pisos sucios, colillas de cigarros detras de los muebles, pelos en las sabanas, toallas muy viejas, cubrecamas con manchas. En general el lugar es bueno, el personal amable, pero MUY SUCIO!

Great Hotel
Excelente hotel, staff muy amable, muy cómodo y con la perfecta ubicación para caminar a la playa o a la zona de restaurantes, muy recomendable. Great Hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful, really comfortable and with a great location for walking to the beach and restaurants area, I would definetly recommend this Hotel.

Hotel cómodo y limpio, cerca de la playa
El hotel está ubicado a unas 3 cuadras de la mejor playa de la isla. Es muy cómodo y el personal muy dispuesto. Es destacable la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal.

La primera habitación que nos ofrecieron apestaba a tabaco y la segunda tenia cucarachas. En el baño no hay ventilación.

Hotel Isleño- Super recomendable!!!
un muy lindo hotel, perfectamente conservado y muy funcional.- si bien no proveen desayuno hay permanente una cafetera y un dispenser de agua caliente ademas de un microondas de uso general.- habitacion super comoda con un frigobar grande.- Parrafo aparte para la cordialidad de los empleados del hotel en especial al sr. Isaias siempre de excelenet disposicion para solucionar cualquier inconveniente y satisfacer todo tipo de inquietud del cliente.- La zona donde se ubica es inmejorable, super centrico y equidistante de las dos costaneras.- A un pasito del centro comercial.- Muy recomendable opcion.-

EXPERIENCIA DECEPCIONANTE
El hotel esta bien es comodo, solo me parece muy abusivo el rentar un habitacion de dos camas matrimoniales y que te quieran cobrar personas extras y esto hablo de si una persona mas quiere dormir en la habitacion se me hace ilogico ademas de reservar para dos noches confirmar semanas antes y que cuando llegues solo este la reservacion por una noche y no puedan resolverte nadam, esto me parece de mal gusto ya que uno va confianzo de contar con una reservacion lacual no hicieron adecuadamente ya que en mi confirmacion de expedia decia dos noches.

Hidden fees, shady operation, beware
BEWARE, hidden charges. Hotel manager tried to charge me extra for "local environmental fee" and when I disputed it stating I paid on hotels.com he said it was a separate charge. Extortion is what it is, when I agreed to pay it because I was tried and hot, attempted to use credit card and he said it would be DOUBLE the fee. Scam, should be removed from site. I would never stay here. Did I mention the scruffy dog that came out in the lobby to bark at us? What a joke of an operation. Stay far away!

Hi, The information is not accurate, because the local tax for isla mujeres is call Saneamiento Ambiental and every host should pay, every year the tax change so we need to collect it in cash because the credit card charge us a commission. The tax is for each guest not for the room but for each guest. Dear guest you got angry at us because you tried to check in four guest into the room and we said the room was and is for two adult guest, we said if there are four guest you need to get an other room. You got angry and we decided to cancel the reservation for free because we do not want to have any isssues with you anymore. Hope you had worderful time in isla mujeres. Best Regards.

Great Place
A quiet, well maintained hotel. They are doing a great job with conservation on the tiny island. The internet worked well and the staff was very pleasant and attentive.

When the Isleno was first built it was wonderful. State of the art electrical system, modern style. All good. Now it needs a major cleaning. Things have become dingy. The towels should have been moved to the cleaning rag department a long time ago. The place could be sparkling and beautiful. It is not.

We had tonget the front deskntpnsweep the floors as it was covered with hair. The mattress covers made sleeping awful all they did was make you sweat. Woke up several times soaked. Very disgusting

I like the hotel it had a lot of amenities such as a tv and fridge I just couldn't sleep at night sometimes because there was a bar across the street and because of the noise also the room I had was mid hotel so you can hear the reception at all hours talking. I did enjoy the room though as its close to everything and centrally located.

Gute Lage, mitten in Zentrum, dafür Nachts etwas lauter. Fährhafen in 5min, Einkaufsstrasse in 1 Geh Minute erreichbar. Suaberkeit gut, Nachts ist das Hotel geschlossen, WLAN nur in Lobby verfügbar.

Terribile! il wi fi non c'è in camera. L'aria condizionata non funzionava. Al mio arrivo mi sono stati addebitati 500pesos per una tassa che si sono inventati. Nel complesso la struttura è sporca e sgradevole

Hi, The Quintana Roo Congress approved a new law on December 24,2021 is call SANEAMIENTO AMBIENTAL by this law we need to charge a fee for every guest by night, so that what we did. We know you got angry but we need to follow the law, if you want you can google the government isla mujeres page, overthere you can read about this new law. About the wifi in our resevation page said is only available on common areas. Best Regards.

Nice place to stay
Location location location. This hotel was in the heart of shopping, restaurants and a short walk to the beach and the ferry. The manager was very kind and helpful and spoke English. The room was clean and the plumbing was AOK.
Arriving on the ferry to a wonderful sky and rainbow.

Good location but not many amenities
This place is conveniently located to everything on the north end. We stayed 10 nights and was a little disappointed with cleaning service. They came 2x to our room and the first time was day 3 and didn’t do anything except sweep the floor and take out the trash bags but did not replace the bags, change towels, clean the bathroom or even change the sheets. Said they had no hand towels and would only give us 1 towel each to use for everything. Did offer to give us a new towels the next day. Only one key card is given per room. Staff was very nice and tried to be helpful as best they could.

This hotel is the best bang for your buck that I've found in a long time and that gave me the option to book us two rooms. It's right in the middle of the action, so it can be a tad noisy at night, but it's very close to everything. The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and simple. It's not as plush as 5 star, but again, it's really nice for the price point. We would stay again.
