Thanks for taking the time to respond. We are a bit confused for the low rating. Your family was asked several times how things were going and you always responded positively. Someone wanted to move rooms as to have a kitchen and we were able to offer that - even held the room for you all day but you declined to move when asked at the end of the day. We would love to know why the low review so we could address any issues!

We thank you for the review we get many compliments on our amazing pool. The pool is the nicest in the keys with a huge waterfall, palm trees, natural rock work and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and marina. Our resort is private with natural settings like sandy roads and meadows. We are the center of the Islamorada resort strip, the best location in the keys, and we feel the best value with no hidden resort fees, no parking fees, no gym fee, even free coffee, free housekeeping, free honey bun danishes, free ice, free pool towels, free Wifi and even a free boat ramp. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and have a very friendly attentive staff, that really care about guest experience and are. We thank you for your 4 /5 review it is nice, our problem we often encounter if a guest asks for a discount or they will write a bad 1/5 fake review, Any guest will be permanently banned from the property for any review blackmail. We are proud of the vast majority a great reviews and our many VIP repeat customers that come year after year and become our resort family.

Gustavo thank you for the review. We loved having you here, and always try to treat our guests as family. We are the center of the Islamorada resort strip, right next to everything. We do not have hidden fees, no gym fee, even free coffee, free housekeeping, free honey bun danishes, free ice, free pool towels, free Wifi and even a free boat ramp. We are next to an aquatic mammal park Theater of the Sea where you can swim with th dolphins, see the seas lion shows, it is a great must see. On our small Island we have two awesome sports bar, huge fishing fleets, all the rental toys, restaurants and a great bike and jogging path, so bring your bikes, jogging shoes, skates or walk your dog, we accept some pets. Our resort has so much to offer with a basket ball court, BYOB amazing Tiki bar, and always very private and NEVER have a bar and restaurant open except private VIP events, we are very private yet there is a restaurant and bar across the street and many along others in a short walk or short drive. We do have a huge beautiful sunning beach and beach entrance swimming pool. We also have a camp fire site with wood provided, BBQ pit area, the best pool in the keys with a hugs water fall, natural setting design, zero beach pool entrance and incredible views of the Atlantic ocean and our quaint little marina right from your lounge chair. We are not for everyone with our natural Caribbean sandy roads settings. We welcome you into our family and appreciate you stay.

As owner my guests stay is so very important to me, to have a great property, the most friendly service is our highest priority. We have mostly repeat guests after over two decades of making friends, we value you compliments, can't wait to see you again.

First off what your state is mouse dropping is incorrect. Per your first review you did not state anything negative. Then to change it to this statement just because we have a no refund policy. We had already changed the dates for you once with no charge. You were offered a different room. You refused.

Yes they are clean. We did have a issue with one of our machines leaving rust marks and has been replaced.

Sorry you had to wait to check in. There is a sign in the office to call the number if I am out of the office. Per the tv remote they run the cable not the tv that is why we have signs to turn on here. As people have lost or taken the tv remotes. I will definitely look into your other issues in your room and have the issue resolved.
