the hotel, the place and the installation are very nice, but is a little far from West Yellowstone, if you are just going to visit the park, that's an inconvenient

This hotel looks brand new. It's lovely. On a river, the view is beautiful. The rooms are modern, spacious - the bathroom is huge and there's a wall in closet! Everything is clean and new. The staff is friendly. This is literally the only real hotel in striking distance of the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park AND it's the best

This little gem is less than ½ hour from Yellowstone west entrance. We liked it for the remote quiet location beside a beautiful river. There is a great restaurant just a short walk accross the bridge over the river, and full sized, well stocked modern grocery store a minute up the road. This hotel appears brand new with a big beautiful lobby, lounge, and breakfast area. The rooms are modernly and beautifully furnished. It has a nice workout room, swimmng pool, and an outdoor hot tub that has a nice view of the river. It is well staffed with very pleasant, courteous and professional people. The only issue we had was a concern about the chlorine level of the swimming pool. The first day we used the pool, my wife thought the chlorine level was higher than it should be. She's a swimmer and can usually tell these things. Well, her 2 month old chlorine resistant swimsuit that she uses regularly had the colour washed right out. When I talked to staff and a manager, they assured us that the chlorine levels are checked twice a day. A manager took a picture of the bathing suit and said they will double check the device used to measure the levels. That was where it was left. So, we were out my wife's bathing suit and she didn't want to chance the swimming pool the rest of our stay. She said the hot tub seemed fine, so we did use it the whole stay. So, if you want a great hotel near the park, but not as busy as West Yellowstone, this is the place to stay.

A wonderful, modern, clean hotel with spacious, quiet suites. Delicious breakfast with a lot of self-made variety. The staff is outstanding. Special thanks to Brianna from the front-desk. She's great. We enjoyed every minute.

enjoyed ALL the HAPPY staff that smile all the time. The place is Clean, breakfast is great and we highly recommend this stay to anyone going to west Yellowstone. Especially enjoyed talking with Heather and Jim one night This Place deserves a 5 best place we have ever stayed

Had a great experience here, the staff is friendly & helpful. The rooms are clean, roomy & comfortable! the facility is amazing, the indoor pool was heated with a beautiful view as well as the gym! Had to be back on my return home!

Tgis is a beautiful place. Comfy beds. We went during the off season, so dining options were limited. The bar isnt open nightly and no room service. It was well worth the room price.

Very disappointed that the bar, restaurant, and hot tub were all closed. These are the reasons we stayed there. No one was very helpful or easily available to ask questions. No room service unless you asked. Well it sure seems that for such a nice facility it is very bare bones. I booked 3 rooms here for 3 days and was very disappointed. Would not recommend.

I am a Marriott platinum elite member and when I check in 45 minutes after “official” checkin and am told that I was downgraded to a queen room because they overbooked so I can’t have the king I originally booked because they overbooked, yet my friends that booked after me get the king I’m angry. Shame on you for not saying that rooms previously booked aren’t guaranteed. Next time you can suck it and I’ll just use Marriott.
