I love this hotel and have been staying it for the last 5 years. However, I can feel that it level is dropping..i.e: carpet in the room getting dirtier...I hope it doesn't get worse or I will ahve to change.

Hotel muy bueno, con un personal muy amable.
Hotel estupendo. Fallaba algo el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones. Uno de los dias no limpiaron el baño.

I have been visiting this hotel for many years and I can feel that level is lowering. It does not look as clean as it should. I.e breakfast charis are not clean, waiters are very young people with low experience,, etc...

Viajo frecuentemente a Istanbul. Este es el mejor hotel con diferencia de los que he estado (bastantes). Si descontamos los carísimos ultra lujo (Four seasons, Swisshotel, Shangri-la...), el mejor. Buenísima relación calidad precio. Moderno. Excelente habitación, excelente desayuno, excelente servicio.

Das Personal immer freundlich und nett. Viele Restaurants, Café 's und Supermärkte gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Taxi war schnell eines gefunden. Im eigenen Zimmer hat man nichts von der Straße, die immer voll befahren war oder vom Gang gehört. Frühstück richtig toll und die Aussicht vlm Restaurant einfach Top. Tatsächlich sollte doch das eine oder andere in den Zimmern renoviert werden. Was ich nicht so toll fand-> es war keine Klobürste vorhanden.
