Dear Michael: Thank you for the review of your recent stay. The noise from other guests is not normally ever an issue but we do wish you had let front desk know so it could have been taken care of. There is no reason why you should have had to tolerate that. It was a construction crew that had several rooms and they were aware of the 10pm limit.
