La estancia fue breve solo para dormir despues de visitar a mi hijo aunque hubo alguno que otro ruido en la noche ninos corriendo.bueno todo estaba aceptable.incluso el desyuno .

Excelente estancia en este Hotel
Recomiendo este Hotel fueron bien amables y corteses al dejarnos entrar antes de la hora..? la habitacion amplia y limpia,ordenada el desayuno bastante integral habia buenas cosas para escojer Gracias.

Está muy bien ubicada para los pacientes ñ Internacionales que van a la mayo clínic y presta el servicio de transporte para ir y regresarse

Mejorar el laundry
Muy limpio y seguro. Necesitan remodelar el laundry las máquinas de lavar no trabajan bien y un olor a humedad horrible.

El lobby está en construcción!!!
El hotel está en remodelación pero funciona. Menos mal que sólo estamos por una noche. Creo que es algo que debería ser anunciado junto con el precio especial.

The upkeep of the facility is to be desired. I went to start the shower, and the bath faucet almost came off the wall. There was obvious water leak marks on the ceiling above the tub, and water damage to the shelf in the bathroom. The AC was unstoppable. The fan kept going and groaning all night. And, I found the bed covers dusty. Shelving in the cabinet was also ripped out. The last time we stayed there in another room, it was a way better experience. It was booked thru reward points and not Expedia. Don't know if that was the difference.

We found multiple baby spiders on our nightstand each night, otherwise room was clean. There was a fire on the third floor the morning of checkout. Had to lug our stuff down 5 flights of stairs… took four trips. Breakfast was decent, but very hectic in the breakfast area.

Check in staff very friendly; easy parking and walking distance to Publix and a few restaurants; close to Mayo Clinic - needs some smaller updates in bathrooms and elevators, but room was very comfortable and provides everything needed - would stay again - good value for price point

1) Housekeepers either too lazy to inform management or mgmt dropping the ball : No closet clothes hanging rack. The drill holes are intact from the previous rack. Hangars on the floor. 2) The bathroom kleenex dispenser had exactly 2 , only 2, kleenexs. Housekeeper had stuffed the kleenexs into the mouth of the dispenser from the top. I could not believe it so looked inside the dispenser and saw that I was correct.
