Las habitaciones necesitan renovación. El mobiliario es viejo, la alfombra en mal estado y el baño pésimo. Remodelación URGENTE. La localización es excelente, la playa perfecta y el personal amable y atento. La comida en el restaurante es excelente.

I wish there was an option to not valet and park the car. The valet service is convenient but I would like to drive and park my own car. Just a personal preference.

It is an older property, but well-maintained. We had several interactions with employees at the property, and every one was outstanding. The entire team was friendly and professional. The location is ideal for a long weekend getaway, as it is right on the beach and there are excellent dining and shopping options within two block.

They ask for me to put a credit card on file for incidentals. He further explained that this charge was only for if I got something from the bar, the restaurant, from the downstairs fridge, and if got something out of my room!

Good afternoon, The gentleman told you correctly that hold on your credit card was only for incidentals. If you don't use it, the hold will fall off at the end of your stay.

Beautiful property. The valet service was amazing, sweet gentleman that worked Easter weekend. Staff was friendly! I was a little disappointed with coming back to see my suitcase flipped over with my clothes everywhere. We had to ask for extra toilet paper. Overall I would stay again. Location was great! Shopping and restaurants all in walking distance.

Great Staff, great location, great Bar with an outstanding bartender, terrific Mixologist, AKA Craig Would definitely come back when the weather is warmer👍 The only negative which is minor, the room service did not replenish the coffee supplies or empty the trash when they serviced the room. And the Sink and shower hardware needs to be updated, they were hard to to turn off and on and looked old. The Valet Guys were kind, quick and had great suggestions for restaurants👍

We tried to pay to upgrade but they wouldn’t let us upgrade because they said it was through a third party. We called the desk as well and they weren’t helpful in getting us a room.

We got married on their patio on Friday afternoon. The entire staff made certain the entire weekend stay was more than pleasurable, it was outstanding! Thank you and kudos to Jake in valet parking, Romi at the front desk and all the restaurant staff!!!

Atlantic beach visit
The location was excellent, although weather was too chilly and rainy to enjoy the beach. I did take advantage of heated pool one evening - it was wonderful! We thought $35/day parking fee was rather excessive, also, when we got our receipt when checking out, an extra day was added to parking. We told person at desk and fee was refunded. Also, coffee machine in lobby was excellent!!

We've been coming to One Ocean for over 20 years. Love the location and the staff, especially the Valet gentlemen. The hotel could use a refresh after all these years, but is still beautiful and a wonderful hotel. The amenities included in the resort fee need to be rethought. As an older guest not interested in sitting out by the pool or by the beach, cabana chairs aren't of interest to me. Nor are the bikes. I loved it when the room was stocked with free snacks, treats and drinks.

Very disappointed
We have stayed there many times over the years. Now it's time for a major refresh. Nothing has changed over the years, and it shows. The rooms used to be stocked with various snacks (included in the resort fee). Now nothing. When I asked, the person at the counter, he said that now the resort fee allows you to make your own coffee. $35 for parking and $30. for a resort fee is out of hand. Also, the lobby bar is no longer in use. It is just a big empty space. As the only real hotel in the area, it makes no sense. I hope a general redo happens in the near future.
