Personas racistas 100% por favor no visiten mi hagan reservas yo perdí dos días de hotel que no fueron renvolsables y mis chicos los tu es que mandar a otro hotel a las 5 de la mañana por que no los dejo entrar por que no hablaban inglés y quería hacerles esperar al manager hasta que llegara cierren este hotel racista maltratador mal hablados y ladrones

When checking in no one was at the front desk? Had to walk around until we found someone which took 20 minutes or more. The beds box spring was broke. Had to keep going to the front desk to get a new key card due to it would stop working, On check out again had to wait at the front desk a long time for someone to show up. Just to find out that it was the person standing just outside the door on a personal call.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were average about what id expect for this price. Nothing bad but some what dated. Had some drifters hanging about but no issues. They could use a renovation.

Strong smoke smell. Floor needs scrubbing, fabric on beige chair dirty with hole, desk chair had animal scratch marks in fabric, hole in switch in bathroom, corners not clean. On the good side, painted walls, pictures, drapes and other furniture was nice. Nice lights. Would not stay there again.

The property has multiple drug dealers wandering around throughout the night. Floors are sticky, tub had stains, bathroom door had damage from someone punching it. Complex has strange rules about parking and an armed security guard that rovers around to chase homeless away.

The ac unit kept shutting off so it was foy in the room, bathroom the tub was rusty and no plug to take a bath, big red ants coming out of bathtub drain, toilet seat looks like a dog was chewing on it and homeless people hanging around. The pool was filled up with dirt.

Not my best stay.
Honestly the service could've been way better the person at the counter had an attitude with my fiance he was highly rude the tone in his voice was extremely rude, also it's like he made the house keepers hurry up just because we had to keep checking to see if our room was ready we booked around 1 waited almost 2 hours for our room to be cleaned the security there said they had been cleaning all day not sure what was going on there but the room was definitely rises to be cleaned door had peeling paint burn marks on the toilet scratches on the floors
