Un paraiso
El lugar es un paraiso Caribense. Lo cual se consigue por este precio es increíble. El area es estupendo con bellas playas limpias y buenos restaurantes. Lo recomiendo a los de buen gusto.

La villa se encuentra perfectamente dotada, la zonas comunes excelentes, la ayuda de la recepción muy oportuna, los servicios completos, y la ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, cerca al mar, al transporte publico y al supermercado donde se encuentra de todo. el sitio 100% recomendado! volvería sin lugar a dudas!

Excelentes vacaciones
Excelente estadía en este hotel, cuenta con mucha tranquilidad en medio de una naturaleza hermosa. La seguridad y las instalaciones son muy buenas. Además tiene una buena ubicación al alcance de playas, transporte público con los horarios programados y wifi dentro del mismo, mercados y casinos. Como recomendación, debería de haber servicio en la recepción en horario más prolongado (sólo trabajan hasta las 7 pm).

El instalaciones está en muy buenas condiciones, es un buen hotel para estar en familia y encontrar descanso cerca de la bahía de Jan Thiel. Excelente para el relax.

Most of the staff were nice and willing to help if asked. There is no bell boy to bring your luggage to your room. Had to walk up a hill with all of our luggage and coats to our room. Furniture was dated. The deluxe room we reserved was not deluxe a King bed and a sofa with sheets and a fridge. Towels were limited, sheets on our beds were stained but once I told the front desk they changed them no working telephone in the room ants and roaches were in the room and then I found ants in my pocketbook. would not recommend or stay here ever again.

Livingstone is een prima accomodaties om te verblijven. Hier en daar wel wat verouderd en het kan iets beter onderhouden worden, zoals bijvoorbeeld het zwembad die kan wel een kleine opknapbeurt gebruiken. Wat jammer was is dat in het huisjes een aantal basis dingen miste. Zo zaten wij in een villa voor 4 personen maar er waren maar 3 messen als bestek, en dan weer wel veel lepels en vorken en wel een soeplepel maar dan weer geen soepkommen om de soep in te doen dus toen maar een paar mokken gebruikt om de soep te serveren. Het zijn kleine dingetjes die makkelijk op te lossen zijn. Locatie is heel fijn en de accommodatie is ruim opgezet met eigen parkeerplek voor de deur. Al met al een prima verblijf bij Livingstone Jan Thiel.

The staff at the front desk was horrible. impolite it seems like he hates her job The access area to the pool is dirty, the bathrooms are horrible. Then you get to your room and forget everything. Very cozy, clean and with all the utensils to spend a pleasant vacation If I had arrived alone at the lobby I would not have stayed at the hotel If the management improves the cleanliness and ensures that the employees are attentive, it can become a 5-star hotel.

The area was very nice. It was close to Jan Thiel Beach where you can find many dining options, and far enough you won't hear the partying of drunk kids. There's a convenience store Van De Tweel nearby. The frontdesk people were great, they work hard (they need a raise) but I never received the expedia VIP access but the apartment I stayed was great although I have to wait for there check in time at 4pm, 4 hours of waiting coz they don't do early check-ins. Rooms are newly renovated and the housekeeping was thoughtful, they brought me a hanging rack after seeing me drying my suits on the table. I had a problem asking for hot water at the cafe, it took the girl 10 mins before recognizing me while she was messing up the lattes so many times, clearly she needs some training and maybe a nicer attitude. And the Jan Thiel Dive Shop is located outside the property and that's a plus. I'd stay here again.

The only thing I like about this hotel is that it's close to the beach. The hotel room I stayed in was outdated. We were supposedly VIP access (paid for) but no VIP service was given. They give you a free bottle of water in the room when you check in however never replenish. There are no phones in the room so if you need the front desk you have to walk to it...they give you a whatsapp number to call or write but they never respond and leave you on read. Parking is terrible so you have to drive around the property to look for parking. Lastly there is no concierge service so you have to lug your luggage around yourself up the hill looking for your room. I saw an older couple walking around trying to find their room and were lost. I felt bad as they were older and the gentleman had a leg issue because I saw he was limping...they clearly needed help. So I offered to help them find their room. This hotel is old and lacks service I would never recommend or stay here again.

Prima accommodatie alleen de goedkopere kamers zijn klein en in verouderde staat. Kledingkast bleven de deuren niet van open staan en een likje verf over ramen en deuren zou ook wel mooi geweest zijn. Ontbijt had om 07.00 uur moeten beginnen, zeker voor mensen die nog willen touren over het eiland.

The property was close to the beach. There were dining options close by. Staff in general were very helpful. The restaurant was okay. Cleaning was hit and miss. One day no cleaning because of a shortage of staff. A local shuttle would have been nice to have.

Good hotel in a great location. About 5 minute walk to Jan Thiel Beach. Lots of dining nearby. Resort is well maintained. Rooms are fine, nothing to write home about. I will say that our room smelled intensely of lemon grass cleanser, it was very very strong. Also a lizard was in the room, but I was told this was normal when I asked reception for help getting it out. I know this is the Caribbean but I was quite surprised by the amount of lizards and chameleons I saw on the property. For me this was a bit… uncomfortable. Anyway, the pool area is quite nice and the hotel has a restaurant that stays open late. Overall I would recommend anyone to stay here mainly because of the location. If you are not a sensitive to strong smells and not afraid of reptiles than you will have an excellent stay, if you are than consider staying just a few nights.

Vlakbij het strand is een mooie plus. Goed zwembad. Huisje was wat kaal. Niet gezellig ingericht en ook niet heel schoon. Handdoeken werden door gasten s’morgensvroeg op de bedjes bij het zwembad gelegd die vervolgens weer vertrokken. Hier werd helaas niet tegen opgetreden

This is a great spot if you're looking to spend a few days relaxing - the rooms are clean and the kitchenette and private patio make it feel homey. The pool was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Given a room not cleaned when we walked in. Given another room ac not working. This hotel is dirty. White sheet were stained. Pool chairs were all badly stained. Pool was not swimable because of all the debris in it. Restaurant staff was 1 person who watched us as we sat for 1/2 hour then came and told us they weee closed and would reopen later. Not sure when though?!?
