The wallpaper was falling off in multiple places, the shower head had a hole in the wall and there was no fan so the room felt moist, AC was not the greatest. However the water did get hot quickly and lasted a while, staff was professional and friendly and the outside was clean with plentiful parking

I stayed at a different Days Inn the night before, and the difference was night and day. The Jefferson City location was so much cleaner, the staff so helpful and cordial, and the breakfast was an actual meal vs. the loaf of bread offered at the previous location. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I think Days Inn is a good value, particularly for one-night stays while traveling. This property was a great example of how inexpensive doesn't have to mean "cheap." The only suggestion I would make is to provide full-size napkins for the complimentary breakfast. Cocktail naps don't quite get the job done!

I specifically reserved a King Size accessible (ADA) room. When I got to the hotel I was shown a double bed ADA room. When I indicated my reservation was for a King room, the front desk staff person looked up their king ada room availability and told me they were all booked up. Further, I am in a motorized wheelchair. The lobby doors were not automated and I had to open the door as far as I could and literally yell for help so someone could hold open the door as I maneuvered my wheelchair through the entryway. Luckily the hotel front desk staff person was very helpful in holding doors open for me. If the hotel had gotten my reservation done correctly I would have given a 3 star review.

The pool was great. The building needs to be redone; carpet, sinks, toilet, caulk, hallway, and serve waffles for Breakfast. Price was good.

It would’ve been nice to now in advance the indoor pool wasn’t available. That was one of the reasons for booking at this place so my grandson could go swimming while we were here. Very disappointed!!

Needs to have some renovations completed. Breakfast was very slim not even any creamer for coffee. Toilet had a stain around the entire thing. Beds were very uncomfortable. Didn’t expect top class due to the cost but would have expected a bit more. No one was at the desk anytime you were in the lobby. Not bad if you need a cheaper place to stay. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for more than one night.

It's very quiet nice breakfast. I can have coffee all day if I wish. The younger people do not understand this is a Hotel not there home. You want to make a mess do it in your home not a Hotel. It takes long time for the people to clean the rooms.

I really liked that the property was affordable, had amenities, the rooms and common areas were clean and the staff were great with accommodations. I called to get a specific room in order to surprise my fiance for Valentine's Day. The front desk staff was polite and extremely accommodating. Great location for the price. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

All Good In JC!
Very clean. Comfy bed fairly quiet cept for the person above me was a bit noisy for a while in the evening. Shower system made an annoying high pitched whine/whistle but otherwise room was fine. Enjoyed the hot tub immensely!

The property looked fine. I had a reservation had it for weeks. When i went to get my keys. I couldn't get my room BECAUSE YOU DONT TAKE CASH AS A PAYMENT. I didn't see anything stating you did not accept cash asca payment. Ridiculously.

We stayed here with my daughters sports team, so we didn't pick the place. Was a bit expensive, for how outdated and worn out the facility was. Was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast variety. Bed was comfy. We did get in 'trouble' for being noisy, girls were playing cards in our room at 8:30 at night. Was told to keep it down and to keep the door closed. Was annoying as they weren't being that loud. And we seen others with their doors propped also. But we went to the breakfast area and let the girls play more cards while we supervised there, and it was ok.

Well all in all the room was nice and clean. It did have a good size refrigerator with a freezer,that was a first for me. The place was very quite.the only thing that wasn't that great was the coffee machine.
