The apartment is beautifully designed and fully furnished. The heaters in the bathrooms are well thought of. Someone would come clean up and clear the rubbish everyday, appreciate that. This place is close to dolphin encounter, albatross encounter, Kaikōura kayaking and yummy food.

Perfect location in Kiakoura
Perfect location in Kiakoura. Walkable distance to everything but just far enough away for a quiet night sleep. Perfect communication from Sue and a lovely welcome. Lovely and clean apartment with a great view from the balcony. Parking was simply under the apartment and provided rear access. Would certainly stay here again and recommend a stay!

Lovely clean tidy apartment with everything you need for a great stay. Nice balcony area for outside dining and we had a partial water view.

Loved our stay here. Excellent view. Walkable distance to all restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious and had massive king beds with two bathrooms and heating in both rooms and bathrooms. Love that they don’t offer small shampoo and conditioners which saves the plastic. Has all amenities needed for a home away from home. Free parking on site.

We loved staying at the Waves. It’s in a great location and even our room towards the back of the complex had a excellent ocean view. The apartment was clean, well equipped and quiet. The main reason we loved this place was the site manager, Lydia. She was cheerful, helpful, and responsive. All her recommendations for food and fun were great.

It was a pleasant stay! Waves was clean, luxury and comfortable. I’d only recommend for a stronger WiFi signal (could barely connect in apts further away) and air conditioning in the bedrooms
