Nice
In general is a good place to stay and to rest after a long day of either driving or walking around. It is comfortable, clean and not expensive. This motor inn also has good people and service behind it. Do not expect a "resort" experience or luxurious premises, but a place to rest.

Absolutely terrible, this place is a hangout for homeless people, waken up constantly all night long by a homeless person trying to get into the room next door, called manager all he said was he couldn’t understand me,, all I can say is we’ll never stay here again!!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!

We got to the hotel at 8 pm looking for a nice hot tub to soak to find out it was a dirt pit for quite some time then inquired about the breakfast that was advertised just to be told it hasn’t been done for a few years and the website was never updated no blow dryer to use

Thank you for your valuable feedback, and for bringing to our notice to update the pictures, but if you read the description carefully it is not mentioned anywhere that we have hot tub and breakfast. We tried to give you best service by waiving off pet fee 20 for you, instead we were not informed about your pet until the front desk asked for the pet. Although blow dryer can be requested anytime just dialing 0 from the room. We take customer complaints very seriously and try to make best ammendments

Loved it!
I loved that we felt very comfortable during our stay. Our last stay was disgusting in the same stretch of the street. Thank you for our last night of stay.

The room was poorly designed- the beds were very hard. After 2 nites of sleep we were so sore we could hardly get out of bed. As well the pillows were lumpy. The coffee pot handle needed screwing back on.

Rooms were smelly. On pictures ot looks much better than it is. It is dirty, smelly and old. People are smoking cigarets or marijuana on balcony everywhere. One person was smoking, laughing and talking at 8 am on Sunday right in front of my window. I wouldnt come with my child here again as surroundong made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

Exceptional front desk service
There was an old blizzard left in the fridge. The room was in desperate need of repair. Paint was peeling, screws exposed on the walls, lighting was poor. Coffee maker needs to be replaced. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly, though. I really appreciated her service. We had a dog, and even though it had been noted in our reservation, when we went to check in, they did not have us in a pet friendly room. They moved us to a suite for no extra charge.

Lady at desk helpful, I was given front room which was noisy by the hwy, she then moved me further back to a quieter room that had 2 beds but didn't charge me the higher rate. Be aware that Kamloops is a train town tho. Earplugs help if u are a light sleeper.

The staff was friendly although it took a couple of tries to find our reservation. The room was clean but in need of repair. The drawer on the end table was missing and number on the door had been taped on but 'knocked' on the door with the wind during the night.
