Regarding the refund, it can take 3 to 5 business days to show back up on your credit card depending on your bank. We refunded it on our end on March 24th. You should hopefully see it by Friday or Tuesday at the latest as this is a long weekend.Payment and the refund was done directly at the hotel and I apologize that you were told to contact Expedia to inquire about the refund.
