It was a nice affordable hotel. I enjoyed my stay. I recommend it, it is very close to the station and it is clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Habitación muy pequeña pero bien equipada. Ofrecen café gratis. Muy bien climatizado.

Very accessible to JR Kanazawa Station. Also near to shopping centre Aeon. However, it is just next to the railway tracks so can hear the railway passing by if you are sensitive. I am okay with the slight noise. Hardly affecting my sleep as I am tired after a day of walking and sightseeing.

This place was very clean and good quality. The only qualm I have is that there wasn’t a close crosswalk to get to the side of the road it was on(was a hassle with luggage), but that’s more of a placement problem. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Very clean tiny rooms in convenient location with helpful staff. We booked with breakfast. The breakfast was fixed Japanese set meal with no options for vegetarian/vegan. Even though we stayed five nights, they were not able make any accommodation for a vegetarian/vegan breakfast. Also, the listing in Expedia states that the hotel has a on premise restaurant however there wasn’t any restaurant in the hotel.

The breakfast hotel Wing Kanazawa is Japanese style and each hotel branch will have a different type of restaurant with characteristics of that area . The restaurant on the 13th floor and only serves breakfast after breakfast guests can use the freedom seats until 11pm . Moreover , your review will be shared with the hotel staffs to better improve hotel services . We look forward to welcome you back next time .

全体評価
出張で利用しましたが、とても快適でした。部屋も広く清潔感があり、コーヒーメーカーの設備やバスにはDHCの化粧水、ローションまで配備されており、とても良かったです。朝食ものどぐろの炊き込みご飯が一人用釜で用意され、とても美味しかったです。出張では無く旅行で宿泊したかった位です。また利用したいです。

Very convenient location close to JR and public transportation. Although the hotel is close to railway track, but not noisy at all. Comfortable bed and pillow. Although small size room, clean and neat. Room cleaning service upon request. Provided clean towels daily.

電視遙控器故障，向櫃檯反應後，仍沒有解決。同時排除障礙的人員，竟然未將門關好，使得房間門在晚上回來後，仍是可以隨意進出的。

冷房の個室調整が出来ない旨の掲示。(設備上仕方がないのでしょうが。)また、駅から本当に真っ直ぐで近くなのに、横断歩道のため少し迂回が必要。初めての人は戸惑うかも。ただ、スタッフの応対等いいホテルでした。

グループの他ホテルにも宿泊しましたが、間違いなくNo.1でした。 スタッフのおもてなしも、ロビーでくつろげる時間も、テラスでいただいた釜飯の朝食も、もちろんお部屋も申し分ないものでした。 お世話になりました。
