Property was nice and recently renovated. Parking was unpleasant and they charged for onsite parking. The common area was nice and included a pool table. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Room looked like it had been cleaned but like maybe someone went in after it had been cleaned. Trash in the bin, one bed not very neat, hair in shower.

Parking problem
We stayed at this hotel so we could attend the KC Chiefs Super Bowl parade. The parking was very difficult to navigate. The clerk did not provide any information of where and how to use the hotel lot. When you arrive at the hotel there are no parking signs where you would normally park to check in. When we returned to our car parked on the street there were 4 cars parked in the no parking area. Better signage would have been super helpful. Also , only one elevator worked. Not great on probably one of their busiest nights all year.

The first room we were given should have been blocked off since it was missing a thermostat and the electricity didn't work, but the front desk staff corrected it right away and got us in a different room immediately. Staff was nice and accommodating and the hotel was well appointed and in a great location.

Great hotel, great location!
Loved the hotel! Very clean, modernized! Staff was very friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. Parking on site! Close to many shops and restaurants. Would recommend to stay at this hotel! Will return!

The property was nice. Smaller than other Alofts we've stayed in but it was new and clean and offered exactly what we needed. Only problem was I was charged by the hotel for the stay as well as by Expedia. Not sure why/how that happened but trying to get that worked out now. At check in the front desk was polite but didn't really help in explaining things like parking. Would still stay here again as it was cheaper than other hotels around the Plaza and just as convenient.
