I rented two rooms and they charged me a $200 deposit for each one, that was last week, today is Monday and I still haven't received my money back, there is no coffee maker in the room, I stayed for two days and they didn't bring me clean towels I went to Ask the reception and the girl said that I had to bring her the dirty ones so that she would give me clean ones, I asked why they had not been changed and she said that only if I was there for a week would they change my towels,

Very dirty with rude staff. The bed are smaller and the tvs are tiny and don’t work. It’s nice that it has a kitchen but that’s about it.

The staff was rude upon arrival. Our room was dirty and had a layer of grime on everything. The for had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival. (We have an 8 month old baby crawling on the floors)When this was brought up to staff we were asked if we wanted to check out. Later we found roaches in our room and the staffs response was to hand my husband an entire bottle of the poison their maintenance person should use and send him back to our room to deal with the bugs ourselves. There were no kitchen supplies provided and this location has signs in the to that they charge you $1/ phone call (local and long distance) this was by far the worst hotel experience i have ever had amd highly reccomend people stay far away from this slum

Better off going to super 8 this place is nasty smells like cigarettes and the carpets and drapes are dirty and nasty. The room was super hot when I got in. For it to be $200 for 2 nights plus $100 deposit is ridiculous! Staff is never around and the elevator is nasty too.

The facility smelled like cigarettes and smoke. The smell lingered on your clothing once you left the building. The room was very outdated and not all the way clean. When asked for house keeping to come in and clean up a little more was informed that house keeping was not on staff. I had to clean the room up myself which is very inconvenient when I had to pay my money to stay here I should at least have house keeping on staff. Another thing is I was out of towels and needed more and was informed they had no more towels until they collected from other rooms.

I ended up with bed bug bites all over my body. I told the front desk attendant, and was told to wait for the manager. Talked to him only to be told that they would investigate the day after. There was no apologies given, and he didn’t even attempt to accommodate us. I will never return to this location. I’m also seeking a lawyer to sue. I have photo and video evidence.

Wow... I was asked to revised to my review concerning this hotel. Is hotel is very clean but indeed full of bugs, and the hallway rugs are very smelly. We did end up staying there we left the first night it was dirty looked like no one even cleaned the room at all there was food in the bed and the chair wouldn’t even have my dog stay there

I was told they had no access to the Toilet Paper bc they did not have key to Main Storage room also No access to Kleenex tissue either; Look underneath bed found empty soda cans & bottles- I’m not sure how long they had been there. There was no attempt to get toilet paper for us/ guest( a couple of rolls from Walmarts).

It was not clean. I forgot my shower sandals and would not shower in this shower without sandals. The toilets looked like they weren’t cleaned. The kitchen was not usable.

This trip was last minute, nonetheless had to find something reasonable. The location not horrible. The hallways need a deep cleaning. Pleasantly surprised by the room until the sheets came up. There was a nasty stain on the sheets. This discovery came as we were checking out! Can’t say I’ll stay again but thanks for the memories

We got there and the floors to our room weren’t even swept, the bed had hairs all over it, the room smelled horrible, the bath tub was dripping, and there were little black specks all over the bed that showed signs of there being bed bugs. We did not stay in the room but 15 minutes and left. The front staff was super nice and helpful and didn’t give us any fuss about a refund.

We ran to Kansas City for a concert and this was a great price and close to Kauffman.. the staff was helpful in spite of a couple of customers being difficult. The rooms were comfortable but not exactly spotless. We would stay again for another concert night for sure.
