Our room did smell like marijuana after returning to the hotel after our event. The smell was very strong, but besides this the hotel stay was great!

The Staff was by far nice. The complimentary breakfast was great. The only reason why i gave it four stars is only one elevator was working, due to maintenance. but by far i would come back to this place again.

Was understaffed in all areas. Nice facilities. No place for toiletries in bathroom. Tub had support bars but floor was very slick.

The front desk and shuttle Driver were excellent. Our room was never cleaned and we stayed for three nights. We even requested it cleaned and was told someone would come, but didn’t. Parking was very limited and not available later in the evening. The coffee was empty for am breakfast. Our room had dirty items left in them upon our arrival

Faucet in Shower was leaking, carpet had a big stain in the main living-room area near sofa and door. Area was not horrible but definitely not well cleaned or kept… there was an unusual smell. The staff was not bad but definitely not friendly nor communicative. Breakfast was decent and well served, the attendant kept area clean and was helpful.

Shower was slow to drain but the staff responded quickly after I mentioned it. The room had an oilyAsian/Indian/ food smell to it; as if someone had cooked in the room previously. Very nice workout facility. Breakfast was the usual; nothing remarkable other than the coffee.

The property is nice, rooms are dirty. The bathroom was dirty , floors and toilets had not been cleaned. New seat on toilet that didn’t match or fit. We found a sock in the bed! Sheets obviously had not been changed, just made the bed. Three people at front desk no one could print out the receipt.

Clean but tired property. The water pressure was non existent and towels thin. No housekeeping service as we stayed 2 nights. The food at breakfast was poor quality. Not fresh. The best part of stay was comfy bed.

Pros:The staff is nice, king bed was extremely comfy. Cons: Wasn't notified until check-in of $100 deposit, no robes as stated on website, room was dusty, grit and toothpaste on counters, no bedding with the pull-out bed, overall the glory days are fading and the decor and furnishings are becoming very careworn.

Really nice hotel and staff but need better housekeeping!!! 1. There was garbage and food crumbles on the sofa and the night tables. 2. Bathroom floor had hairs and pieces of paper towel 3. Shampoo and soap bottles WERE EMPTY!!! This was so frustrating cuz I realized about it when I was already in the shower! 4. There was garbage, some keys, and clothing in the closet, seems they had been there for a long time cuz it was dusty…CREEPY! 5. Comforter had yellow stains …all this made me look really close to the bedding and I got a feeling pillow cases were not changed from previous guest. I found hair on them. I just put a towel on top of my pillow, but then I wondered if those were clean…I was just too tired and only getting 6 hrs of sleep, so I decided just to deal with it, but I was not comfortable. Facilities are nice, breakfast ok…hopefully they get better room cleaning and this will be a really nice place to stay
