A very honest opinion
- Check in done wrong ( billing )
- Room was not ready had to wait almost 2 hours
- TV never worked right on my room nor my daughters room
- Great lack of personnel on all the areas
-Paid $800 dollars x night for 1 person and to get a drink at the pool or the beach had to walk to the bars and stand on long lines . Very few waiters available to serve.
-No one pool is heated
-Buffets are ok. but this hotel can’t call themselves “gourmet”
-The most terrible meal we had was at The Nest . 6 orders all of them bad to really bad.
-Public Restrooms NEEDS attention. Rounds of cleaning
-Check out an ordeal due to their mistake when I checked in. Almost lost my transportation due to their negligence
-Worked as a manager for 2 resorts and I can tell quickly that they have a real problem of management
- My daughters room bill was showing charges they never made ( wine, laundry) check your bills!
For $800 dollars per night I expect another level of service and quality on the food & beverage department
-Really BAD internet
