I see that you gave us one out of five. and on another site said that you Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities We were very lenient with you, as you didn't mention to us until the next day when you were caught with 5+ children in the park pool, and they stayed in the cabin. It is sad that you turned it around knowing that you were doing the wrong. Next time you book anywhere make sure your honest on the intentions of your stay. Respectfully Riverview Tourist Village

Thank you for your review, can you please let me know what cabin you were in so I can have the mattress replaced. The lighting surrounding the cabins is there for security purposes, we have had complaints in the past that it's too dark. It would off been nice that you came into the office and spoke to management.

Hi Evelyn, Thank you for your review. Although we continue to battle the leaf problem, it's a shame that your visit was right at the time that the grand mahogany trees drop their leaves. I'm unsure that your comment is necessary in regard to unkempt grounds as our groundman/Yardies work very hard, through the dry season. I hope you enjoy the rest of your trip.
