Llegue a hacer check in a la una y las habitaciones no estaban listas. Regrese a las 2:35 y estuve esperando hasta las 3:20 me dieron una y q esperara 15 mis para la otra. Pero me la entregaron a las 4:23.😠😩

When we arrived around 3:30 AM, a homeless man was loitering around the entrance. The front desk lobby clerk shoo’d him away but it set a standard I was not ready for. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a cold and short greeting followed by silence through the entirety of check in. I wouldn’t say rude, just not a friendly front desk clerk. The hotel itself had a couch we found food wrappers in. It was late and we had a long day later so no use complaining. The carpets were also very crumby as if someone had just been eating in there. Not my cup of tea for the stay.

This hotel is right on a busy street, and feels run-down. The exercise room doesn’t have weights because we were told they are always getting stolen. We stayed here because it was one of the few hotels available during a busy weekend of sorting events in the area…..we probably wouldn’t stay again.

Close by the mall and other places. The breakfast section was small and there wasn’t enough food. The room took a while to cool down. I like how it had the sink in microwave.

Our room smelled terribly of smoke. It was overwhelming. We asked to switch rooms but the type of room we needed was not available. Not sure if our room was previously a smoking room but either way, it was bad. My clothes smelled like smoke after spending less than 12 hours in the room.
