La primera noche no pude dormir del calor, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba , en la mañana tuve que reportarlo, y el técnico dijo que no tenia gas, que lo arreglaría es inaceptable

El hotel es excelente, su infraestructura, limpieza, comodidad, etc, debe mejorar la atención de quienes tratan con los clientes.

Muy caro para poca amabilidad
Si bien el hotel es increiblemente lindo y bien ubicado, la relacion costo/calidad no cierra. El WiFi no funciona en algunas habitaciones y en mi caso tenia que pararme frente al lobby para acceder a internet. Por otro lado la amabilidad del personal del front desk, deja bastante que desear.Finalmente la cercania del aeropuerto no es ideal por el ruido que trae aparejado.

The front desk staff was top tier Morgan was an absolute pleasure and helped me immensely with setting up some ballon’s and made a personal card for my girlfriend and suggested the best restaurants overall beautiful resort and excellent staff

This was a beautiful resort. It is very close to the airport. Outside, you see and hear planes throughout the day. You don't really hear them inside as much. We slept fine. Hot water was a problem. The jetted tub was not much use since it took forever to fill up with the hot water on full blast and it still wasn't very hot. The pool and grounds were very nice. We loved the space we had inside the unit. It was in a good central location. We had a rental car, the free parking was great. Wish they had more food options though. We would definately stay there again.

The resort was absolutely beautiful, with lush landscaping and ample amenities, including various seating areas, hammocks, and a stunning pool. The room was impressive too, featuring a terrific ocean view, spacious layout, and a huge balcony—which became our favorite spot to relax. Its location was ideal; far enough from the crowds of the old town for tranquility, yet close enough to enjoy its charm when we chose to. There are a couple of reasons why I haven’t given a full five-star rating. Firstly, the interior decor of the units could use some refreshing as they are a bit dated and show minor signs of wear. Secondly, the resort's proximity to the airport means that occasionally, you will hear planes as they land and take off. While the sound is very loud, it's short duration and frequency did not to disturb the overall serenity of our stay. This is something to bear in mind if absolute peace is what you are looking for in a resort, but it didn't significantly detract from our wonderful experience at the resort.

Overall a good experience. Pool are was nice. Really enjoyed the gas grill area for being able to BBQ on site. Only real complaint was waiting to get hot water when showering. I would definitely stay here again.
