Estuve aquí una semana hospedándome. El hotel es bonito y moderno. El personal muy amistoso y amables. Nos encanto la tranquilidad y los alrededores. Muchos lugares para comer cerca. El hotel incluye desayuno caliente. Fueron pocas cosas que no nos agradaron como por ejemplo la ducha del cuarto estaba sucia y con muchos pelos, en esos 7 días no fueron a limpiar nuestra habitación. Eso si, las habitaciones son muy cómodas aunque las almohadas son duras. Me cambiaron el cuarto de una suite a un cuarto regular de dos camas porque iban a hacer arreglos en el piso 3. La piscina también estuvo cerrada algunos días de nuestra estancia. Pero todo lo demás está bien.

Me gusto su localización. El servicio del desayuno es muy bueno aunque no muy variado. No me gusto que no hubo servicio de limpieza en la habitación por tres días y la gerencia solo se disculpa y te da toallas y jabón. Al momento del check out te dan puntos para volver a hospedarse. Otra cosa que no me agrado aunque sabía que el hotel permite mascota fue que hospedan a mascotas en cualquier piso. Imagínense si el huésped anterior tenía mascota la limpieza de los cuartos es pobre ¿Donde durmió mi familia?

We booked the king suite and it was perfect! Not too cluttered. They are pet friendly and have a waste station which is always nice! The bathroom could be cleaned a little more around the toilet but overall the it was clean! I loved that they had a weekly breakfast menu to view!

Our room was pretty gross for the price we paid. It was like they slapped new sheets on and left the old bedding on. No vacuuming, no wiping surfaces, crap smeared on the walls of the bathroom (not even exaggerating). Didn't smell or look clean when we walked in the room. We asked if it was possible to move to another room but they just gave us new bedding. The room "looked" nice online but in person it was pretty decieving. Whoever they pay to clean their hotel is not even doing the bare minimum.

Friendly, helpful staff. I did not know and did not see any notice that room service was upon request only. After 3 days of no fresh towels asked front desk about this and learned on my last day. So no trash dump either so be aware. Clean, comfortable rooms.

I was very displeased with the state of the property. Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke upon entry with a combination of cleaner and paint trying to cover it up. You could tell there was a recent and rushed paint over job to cover up damaged walls, cracks, peeling drywall and paint over paint. Shower curtain couldn't stay on the rod and kept falling off. Safety fixtures in the bathroom were loose and felt unsafe to rely on getting in and out of shower. There was a distinct lack of furniture. We had a double queen suite and the room with the beds just had beds, a night stand between and a TV/Dresser. No chairs or extra lamp. It felt uncomfortably empty. We stayed the night before and after the eclipse and put out a TON of money. Now I don't expect a Days Inn Plus to equal the 4 figure sum we paid for two nights, but it seemed like a poor value to the Red Roof Inn we stayed as the following night. I would not stay at this location again. No Gym as it was under repair (past the date stated on the door) and breakfast was subpar. Breakfast was until 9am, but at 8:20am there was no more food left and they would not make any more because management didn't want to waste anything. "If we started making more food, it would sit past 9am and we would waste it" Never mind the fact that dozens more people came looking for food after I asked.

The checkin reception guy was rude and acted like we were putting him out by asking if there was a room available. At first he said there wasn’t one but I knew there was because I had checked Expedia first. He said- oh, we like to keep a spare room in case of emergencies. Then he made me book it on Expedia instead of with him. But- the hotel has very nice rooms and is new so we overlooked this turd.

Comfortable in Killeen
Convenient to all things Killen/Ft Cavazos, but backs to a field where the road ends to park tour buses. One night there was a party that went on till 10:30pm in the parking lot. We were there for several days so we found things one-night travelers might not notice-certain plugs not functioning, iron not working, odor upon entering the room (perhaps animal or sour milk), no extra blankets. The front staff was always kind and helpful when possible! The beds were comfortable and clean. In spite of the party, we would return again.
