Rooms dont look like they do online there was hair hanging from hets in tub shower was so dirty with soap scum, dirt ring around toliet, floor had crumbs, non smoking room but burn holes in blanket, mi rowave was dirty, around the property was dirty trashy looking. My husband and I drove 75 niles from out of town to come there then turn around and had to leave.Other customers was was complaining as well of how the employee was unprofessional and racists. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I have always had a pleasant stay and never seen any bed bugs in any of the rooms ive stayed in. Ive stayed here at least seven times in the last 2 years. This hotel is very reasonable priced. The decor is very comfortable and pleasant.

I enjoyed the jacuzzi however the bottom must have been repainted because when sitting you could feel the roughness of the paint bubbles. Also, we had adequate three towels two hand towels and one wash cloth. When I asked front desk for more she did believe that I was lacking so she literally walked into my room without the wash cloths to count before returning with three to had to our one. She also asked why do we need that many. I politely explained two people need two wash cloths. One for the body and one for face. Most hotels will always have 4 towels, 2 hand towels, and 4 wash cloths. Now I felt demeaned and that this is the way a typical guest is treated. I was treated like an undesirable guest. Not to mention a $150 hold on my credit card at check in because I had the jacuzzi room which I should have been informed prior to pre payment on line. All in all I may give them another chance when in that area again.

Room was very clean. It’s a good deal for the price. Things are outdated, like the bathroom floor tile is broken and missing grout and the tub slip liner was ripped and sticking up although we didn’t use the shower. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet. Didn’t hear anything from the neighboring rooms. I would recommend this hotel.

my daugther and grandkids stay there for thanksgiving holiday. That was Nov.23-25 of 2023.They stayed there one night on 23th now they have rashes all over them and still itching plus small looks like bites.She didn't want to go back.The place look cleaned and staff was very nice.I don't like to say but something not right here.They are still still itching and broke out.

Dear Guest,As we all know, BB is the biggest issue in hospitality industry , but it doesn't mean all rooms will have BB.As far as we know, you stayed with us in room 114 for 3 nights and you never mentioned anything regarding this issue.

The room wasn't as clean as I would like and there were several places where the paint had chipped. The bathtub wasn't as clean as I would like. The staff was very friendly. I was especially impressed with the helpfulness, friendliness and kindness of the lady who ran the breakfast service.

Hotel was what we expected for the price- needs some more decor in the rooms and very stark but acceptable. Front staff was great breakfast pretty good and location was very good. We only stayed for one night and it was fine for what we needed .
