we were wondering if the experience would be the same as last time. the last time we stayed we had two regional managers on site. everything was the same as if they were still there. very impressed with the staff.

Everything your reading from other posts are true except for one thing. I discovered a roach crawling across the sink just after we arrived. I managed to grab something and smash it before my wife could see it. When she asked what it was i said, just a bug, i think its a silverfish or something. At least she was able to sleep okay. I was appalled and a little freaked out knowing there could be more crawling around while we were sleeping. Unfortunately, i had to give a low review due to this one issue. Won't stay here again.

Staff made us feel like family. very warm and inviting. Two regional managers happened to be there when we arrived, both did not give you the impression that they were more important than us. very approachable, friendly and answered all of our questions without trying to push us off to a someone else. this will be our new go to hotel whenever when are in town.

The hotel is on Kingman’s main drag, easy to access from freeway and close to all the restaurants. The staff is exceptionally helpful and cheerful. The TV had real channels. So often hotel TVs runs on mutated cable that’s unfathomable. The rooms are fresh, well appointed and sparkling clean. The price is so reasonable I never would have imagined it also had a gym, pool and cafe. My dog was welcome too.
