The rooms were much more homey than any hotel I’ve stayed in. Everyone associated with the property were very friendly and accommodating. You won’t be sorry.

Nice comfortable rooms, that were clean. Wi-Fi worked well. The road outside was busier than I expected. There’s a store on site, although it does close at 7:30.

This hotel was better than I thought it would be. Was very clean. It is away from many amenities but if you drive down by the lake, it’s worth the stay. I would consider staying here again.

We stay there when we were going to the Pow wow in Chiloquin, and it was nice being in the woods even though it was on the highway it was still quiet. It was nice, not having to check in with staff they just told us to go right in! The convenient store next to the hotel was nice.

They had a store and the rooms on the property together. Gasoline and propane filling was provided as well as an air pump. Staff were friendly and very hospitable. Office hours are 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

The TV or cable did not work the whole 2 days I was there and the pillows had dog hair.

It was very difficult to find. After passing it and calling them several times for direction we were sent in the opposite direction from its location. There aren't any signs at or near the facility to identify it. However, it was clean and comfortable.

The property was recently renovated and the work was of excellent quality. The area was beautiful. The location was remote but the property had fuel, groceries, camping supplies and food ready to eat. I would drive out of my way to stay here again.

Young man at check in was really nice. Very nice updated bathroom. Room, itself was a bit small but all we really needed for sleeping. Store was well stocked, lots of variety.Overall it was great.

A great one-night stop on the way to Crater Lake. Nice modern clean room in hotel located next to highway. Traffic sounds are noticeable especially in the morning hours. The bedsheets are from microfiber and feel a bit uncomfortable. The shower cabin does not have any shelves, hooks to arrange the things around.

If you want to get away from it all, this is the place. Nice lady checked us in. Convenient general store on premises, very handy for those of us who are traveling some distance.

Wouldn’t stay here again
When arriving you don’t know where to check in. Once you figure it out that it’s in the store there was no greeting. Just your keys in the room. The room has no insulation you can hear everything. People above us sounded like a heard of elephants. The shower pan leaked all over the bathroom floor. The garbage in the bathroom was never taken out. The toilet was dirty!

Not a secure place.
Upon check in, they claimed I did not have a reservation. I should my receipt and confirmation number. Nope, you have a reservation. Then as I was walking away, oh here it is. Frustrating. Didn’t give any welcoming words, like the ice machine here, we close at such a time, if you need anything…. No communication. Room, looks beautiful upon arrival. No phone in the room, no ice machine, no hangers, iron, or board. Sheets were dirty, office had closed by the time we turned the bed down. There were bugs in the room, mosquitoes and big flies. There was a croaking frog in the AC unit, which he liked to croak at night. Swatted bugs left on walls and ceiling. Used soap and shampoo in the bathroom. DOOR DOES NOT HAVE A SECURITY LATCH OR PEEP HOLE. Desk attendant unlocked our door and walked right in. He was in the wrong room, DID NOT KNOCK, JUST WALKED IN. Needless to say, we couldn’t sleep all night wondering if someone was going to walk in on us. No sound proofing what so ever. New renovations make it sound like upstairs guests are a herd of buffalos running across the tundra. Drain cover in shower if just laid over the drain.

I had a very disappointing experience at this inn. I was not told how to check in and had to wait outside in the cold for about 30 minutes. I checked several times in advance to find out how, but there was no response. After calling many times, I was finally able to check in. The staff were not professional and I am very sorry.

I was hesitant to stay at this roadside spot, but it was SO clean and modern. The employees we interacted with were helpful and friendly. My husband and I would absolutely stay here again!

I liked that this property was close to Crater Lake NP, our destination. The rooms were quaint and had comfortable beds. Check-in was easy and they also have a gas station on the property.

Good place, would stay again.
As a place to stay the night with no frills, the place was good. The room was comfortable, clean, and did have good tv options via a Roku box in the room. It was easy enough to find from Hwy 140. No real food on premises aside from the corner store, but that's okay--it was expected as-such. A couple of things: The shower did leak outside of the cubicle; we notified the property management of this. Water pressure for the shower was on the low-side. Parking was a bit limited and not easily identifiable after hours. There are a few marked spots, all of which were taken, so we had to improvise and park where we though it was okay. Thankfully it was. Overall I'd rate about 4-5 stars for what it was. If you're looking for a hotel stay with amenities, this place might not be for you, but as a comfy place to lay your head it Definity works.

They were great making sure I had my key in the room since I arrived late. They would of open the store for me when they were close. Very nice people running the place. Very clean. Would stay there again.

Main road out of town.
Newly remodeled. Good use of small space. Showed up and room wasn’t ready as they were closing, but they sent us to dinner while it got cleaned.
