Las instalaciones están olvidadas, las áreas verdes descuidadas, muebles sucios, no realizaron limpieza del cuarto ni cambio de toallas. Usan la palabra resort, pero no lo es. Es un hotel sencillo que se vende caro por estar ubicado en Phi Phi.

La ubicación es privilegiada, la vista frente al mar es excelente! Recomiendo ampliamente las villas para ir en pareja, hay una nueva sección en construcción donde están agregando jacuzzi externo que se ve increíble. Mucha gente, siempre está casi lleno pero el personal es super amable y realmente se preocupan por hacer de tu estadía lo mejor!

Gran estadía!
Superó todas mis expectativas , la playa y la alberca tienen todo para pasar un día muy agradable. Lo recomendaría sin dudarlo .

Buenas instalaciones. Habitaciones nuevas y piscinas excelentes delante de la playa. Desayuno bueno y variado. La única pega es que no salía caliente el agua del lavabo. Por lo demás, muy recomendable.

Nos lo pasamos muy bien, pero el único pero , que le pondría es en la recepción, pues me parecen que en la recepción deberían saber hablar mejor el inglés y ser un poco más amable. Resulta que lo más fuerte, fué que nos quisieron cobrar 300 thb de una percha , que supuestamente la habíamos robado , se comprobó por dos veces , y sl final apareció dicha percha por la habitación, me sentó muy mal , luego se disculparon , pero nos llevamos un disgusto.

Comfort en medio de la zona de jovenes de phiphi
Hotel premium entre la poca infraestructura que hay en esta zona de la isla. Habitaciones de primer nivel, si consigues una con vista al mar en el primer piso mucho mejor. La piscina tiene buen ambiente con buena musica y tragos. Ideal para gente joven. Cerca de los lugares nocturnos pero sin descuidar el confort.

We had a great stay! Read many reviews about people having bad experiences but that was not the case. We stayed in a villa near the pool. Super close to town and all the bars. Restaurants on site were great! A definite stay!

Die Unterkunft ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. An sich wäre das seine super Anlage weil die Lage direkt am Strand einfach top ist. Leider ist diese nicht gepflegt und hat keine Instandhaltung. Die Grünanlage ist nicht gepflegt, die Zimmer auch nicht wirklich. Der Flur ist sehr sehr dreckig überall liegen Haare. Ich würde die Unterkunft nur wegen der Lage, den schönen Strand und den Pool empfehlen.

Etablisssment un peu daté mais proche d’une très belle plage et des bars tout en restant calme. Mention spéciale pour la hidden swimming pool, très calme avec une vue magique sur la mer. Dommage que l’espace bar ne soit pas rénové ni actif. Restaurant sur la plage très agréable, bon petit déjeuner

The hotel area and pool were great but the doors in the rooms didn’t have great seals so mosquitos could sneak in and the bathroom was very dated. The shower spread in 2 different directions so you couldn’t stand underneath the shower head and the toilet water wouldn’t shut off and would just run indefinitely. We had to shut off the toilet water completely before leaving. The breakfast was decent and the view was good!

1日目2日目と違う部屋を予約していたのですが、スタッフさんはとても丁寧な接客で、ビーチからも近く朝ごはんも美味しかったです。チェックインの時に冷たい水を出してもらえたのですが、暑い中汗だくだったのでとても嬉しかったです。ただ1日目は部屋に歯ブラシや他のアメニティが無く、歯ブラシやアメニティは置いてないホテルなのかと思ったのですが、2日目の部屋には色々と置いてあったのでスタッフさんが忘れてしまったのかなと思います。2日目の朝ごはんはフローティングブレックファーストにしましたが、とても素敵な朝食で2人がかりで部屋まで運んで頂けて感動しました。最初にチップを渡せなかったので最後に食器などとあわせて20Bを2枚気持ち程度ですが置いておきました。

This hotel is great for its location, beachfront, walking distance from the pier, many restaurants/bars, and the party scene. The pool is great with a beautiful view. The room was good, clean and had good air conditioning. The only issue we saw was that there were a lot of bugs that got inside the room.

Overall - We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel. The property is stunning with very nice rooms/bathrooms, a well set out pool and relax area and also the option to dine/drink on the beach. We did however, come across some small issues. The first was a miscommunication from the baggage handlers who didn't inform me that they would take my baggage in a trolley, go back to the pier and wait for more guests to fill up the trolley before bringing it to our room. This doesn't sound like much but for a few minutes we felt like we had been robbed, only taking me to run to the pier to figure out what was happening. I relayed my issue with the manager who apologised and said she would talk to her colleagues to be more clear about the process. In addition to this, our safe did not work and had to be fixed and our shower was dripping which was difficult to stop. These errors are minor and easily remedied so it doesn't impact our score and feeling for the hotel. It was a nice stay and our issues were taken care of by the friendly staff.

Resort was fine for what it was. Grounds could use some sprucing up but understanding given hot tropical conditions. The pool Villa were great with 2 floors and a semi-private pool shared amongst the 3 connected villas. Would stay again!

Quarto muito sujo
Hotel não tem nada de 4 estrelas. Tudo muito sujo. O quarto estava imundo, espelho respingado de creme dental, pia do banheiro sem condições para uso, móveis do quarto com poeira e respingados de café. O cafe da manhã foi bom e a piscina é bem legal. O hotel é bem bonito, os quartos são bons, o que precisa é manutenção. Um belo jardim mas sem cuidado. A localização é realmente muito boa.

The only thing I would have to complain is that I had to pay for the gym extra and the staff wasn’t willing for one hour to put the AC lower per manager. I was training for a marathon, there were many people in the gym and the staff kept opening the doors with 90 degree weather. I understand they are trying to save money but I’m pretty sure an hour wouldn’t make a big difference for them but a big difference in my training when I was almost about to faint.

It's OK but could be so much better
It was chaos check in. No WiFi for the whole duration of our stay. Average breakfast, grubby containers e.g. for the cereal. Lovely breakfast location though. We had one cocktail during our stay, but it was warm, we didn't have another. 1000 baht for sunbed!! Units near slinky bar were noisy, but ok on the other side where we stayed. Nice pool, but the music was too loud at times. The secret pool view good but a little tired.
